Dr M fixes a television set, Norrin rebuilds an entire city, Dr. M sits there powerless to cure his X's cancer, Norrin is bringing back Thor from seemingly death, healing the wounded on numerous occasions, Dr M crushes a tank, Norrin as a byproduct of his fight busts a planet, the list can go on and on. Overall Norrin has better matter / energy manipulation feats, while Manhattan never had anyone to test his power just making normal people with no powers or durability feats go splat. He was afraid he couldn't even stop the soviets, while Norrin could disarm their entire arsenals from orbit. manhattan said he could only stop 99 percent of nuclear bombs(in actuality, 60 percent, which is what he said in the comics) and a large chunk of russia, meaning he has limits(rather small limits) that pales in comparrison to SS, who could destroy the whole planet. Silver Surfer controls your neutrons, electrons and protons. When it comes down to matter / energy manipulation Norrin is top notch, Manhattan is lacking badly in the matter manipulation feats by comparison.The man can't even cure cancer via his power, hows he going to stop surfer? he could acsess the astral plane and attack his soul because after all, jon is still "human" he has a soul and emotions. emotions which the surfer is able to influence to his advantage.the surfer can analyze that manhattan is a being made of pure quantun energy & simply turn him back to a REGULAR HUMAN. How does manhattan come back from that? With that said, Dr. M is powerful. But compared to some of the heavy hitters in the world of comics, he's just a youngling. That's not to say Surfer is even that much of a powerful creature (compared to the Spectre, Eternity, LT, Galactus, Exitar etc...) Until it is shown Manhattan can perform feats on the same scale as Surfer, I say Silver Surfer wins( Manhattan is basically just a big fish in a small pond. Surfer *while not the biggest*, is still a damn big fish in a damn big pond).

grundys charector is very inconsistant. there have been times when his strenghth is on par with superman, yet hes been singlehandedly defeated by batman. he does not need air food or water, and yet he has been headlocked and choked into unconsciousness. regardless, hulk wins, and you all know it lol

no he does not. teleporting and speed of light travel are very differnt. plus, the rate that it takes to teleport for manhattan, the surfer could literally fly around the world 100 times in the time it takes for manhattan to teleport 10 feet. yes, this is 100 percent true, if you care to look it up. and manhattan cannot travel through time nor has he said he could so how does he have the potential to???
