Exactly what kind of training does Catwoman have, that she can give a decent fight to a handful of LoS members? Aside from the massive 1-up syndrome that can come from fighting alongside Batman.
  2. And in the end, Bane needed permission from Batman to die. Odd.
  3. Batman should have that handy dandy sonar sight from The Dark Knight to counteract the Yautja's invisibility. I mean, there's always a chance that Batman will know the Predator is there anyway, what with all the ninja stealth training, but it's a bit of a stretch. Just a bit. Corvette, nice visual! I hurled a little from the mere thought.
  4. I'm absolutely serious. If I was ironically bald, I'd say so! I don't mind. I did get back in to it recently. And if it means I get the best hair spot...
  5. One of these things is not like the other.

Hayes, no! The Grey was a shitstain on the animal kingdom. I know it's just a movie, but wolves do not behave like that. Even King Kong acted more like a real animal in his film! I agree with you on the acting bits though.
  7. I said relatively. Also, the Chitauri were threatening human lives, which wouldn't bode well with someone who claims to have the Earth under his protection. And keep in mind, he's never used lightning against a human who couldn't take it. Yeah, Iron Man is fast, but not Superman fast, and probably not Lantern fast either. But the latter is up in the air for me. No, no. You most often read. Just, you know, not this time!
  8. It's fine. With your track record, I had to make sure I wasn't making the mistake.
  9. Thor can supercharge Iron Man all day long, but it's not going to make him any more durable. Thor was able to crush the armor and dent it with his face. I have no doubts that Superman can both match and exceed that level of damage. On the other end, there's nothing Iron Man can do to Superman to really hurt him in a meaningful way. Also, why would Superman take Thor alone if he's on a team? If anything, Cap and Batman will be the ones stuck fighting on the ground. I also doubt Thor would hurl lightning at Batman. He's only ever used it against adversaries who are relatively tough.
  10. If you're talking about the comicbook incarnations, then I agree 100%. But Thor was about to die from a drop about 30,000 feet up. Compare that to Superman surviving atmospheric entry+landing, whilst severely weakened due to the effects of massive kryptonite poisoning. And in terms of strength, Superman has more showings. From lifting the cruise ship, to lifting the isle. Plus, if Hulk can make Thor bleed, Superman can do worse. In the way of intelligence, you make a dangerously valid point.
  11. Stop it silversurfer092, you're making me blush...

I thought Ted was a funny movie. I'm not gonna blow it up and say it was amazing, but if Family Guy/American Dad type humor is your thing, you'll be laughing pretty hard a few times.
  13. Superman is stronger, faster, more durable, and probably smarter than Thor. I'd bet Superman could solo.
  14. Wait, hold on. Which Superman, which Batman, and which Captain America?
  15. Yeah, I think he did edit it. Methos isn't really one to misquote, but you never know. And if, say, the Beyonder used his reality warping powers to uplift his strength to extreme levels, then you might be able to make the case that it wasn't the reality warping in itself that broke the shield. For example, the Silver Surfer could increase his strength using the Power Cosmic, and pull out the Hulk's arms. It doesn't mean the Power Cosmic is soley and purely responsible for that theorhetical feat--anyone with sufficient physical strength could have done it.
  16. Do you know the specifics of this particular fight?
  17. There are a few Marvelites that can solo.
  18. ^Another solid point that crossed my mind.
  19. That's right, good eye Rakai! The loss of adamantium-laced bones would indeed increase his healing factor's "agressiveness". However, that reminds me of another point; without that adamantium, he also becomes more animalistic if I'm not mistaken. In a way, those shiny bones were keeping his mutation from basically degenerating him into a perma-berserker. So it's within reason to assume that Logan takes a boost in regeneration, but a possibly substantial decline in skill--which in turn, affects how he utilizes all that hard-earned experience. Perhaps that changes things? @SKADOOSH: How long has Logan been "de-adamantized"?
  20. Jetpacks don't fly? I wouldn't tell jetpacks that... Flight: to move through the air under a person or object's own power. Ie, birds, planes, missles...
  21. Keep in mind newcomer, we're talking about secondary adamantium.
