So, clearly she could kill the Genie, even if she wouldn't mean it. She did almost kill every civilian in the final episode. As for Agatha, yes, her own arrogance did allow Wanda to outsmart her but, the first time Wanda tried, Agatha turned it against her. Likely, she'd flip the script on Genie to screw him over.

I think Agatha would make up her mind fast though and then kill him after.

No. She does not fear reprisal from superheroes. I did not even say that and you know it. Her bad luck abilities can still affect normal humans. If Neal doesn't have that knowledge in mind, he's screwed. Not to mention, she can get the last laugh.

Or if Genie puts up a fight, then she kills him. Also, I seem to recall a time Genie can't resurrect the dead. Wanda in her depresses, grief stricken state, would not like that.

When dealing with superheroes, yes. But for normal people, probably not unless your name is Wilson Fisk.

Sorry! Thing is, Agatha seems to have found Wanda with ease. So it shouldn't be hard for her to find the lamp. Not to mention, she's not above manipulating civilians as demonstrated in the third episode and how she did it as revealed in the seventh episode.

And she does have experience in poker too. Plus again, bad luck abilities and he likely doesn't know that about her.

That suggests being evenly matched then. She has accomplished a lot though given before Wilson Fiskcame back, she ruled over the crime world and recently, obtained three Infinity Stones. If she can do those with ease, poker shouldn't be a problem.

You forget though, Agatha managed to sense Wanda creating the hex. Chances are, the lamp would give off magical energy for her to pick up.

It does show however, she knows the games and likely has figured out a lot of tricks. She knows a con when she sees it.
