I think I see what you're trying to say bu a little later the people of Eart show fatigue while Gohan and the others stop early without even being a little tired. There is no proof that the Spirit Bomb had more energy than Vegito and destroying planets one by one like Kid Buu is nothing compared to nearly screaming reality to death.

Speed augments force of blows and it's hard beat something you can't even hit. the slower fighters will waste a lot of energy trying to do damage to something their attack will never make contact with; once they're exausted, one good hit all it'll take. Think of it as like the Thing vs Quicksliver. Sure Ben can K.O. Quicksilver with one good hit but it doesn't do him any good because he can't connect. Meanwhile he's getting tired and frustrated from trying, so not only is he getting weaker but sloppier as well. Wen the time comes Quicksliver deliviers one superspeed blow and the Thing goes down. The same applies here.
