Lucario has turf and power advantages but there is Hinata's Byakugan to consider. The Byakugan is the primary focus of the Hyuga's special arts. When the Byakugan is activated, their pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. The second ability is having the ability to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person. In Part I, Neji Hyuga was able to see an area of 50 meters, but later he increases his visual range to at least 800 meters, while Hinata Hyuga's range in Part II stretches at least as far as 10 km. During the hunt for either of the Uchiha brothers, Hinata was shown to be able to view Amaterasu's flames, and the chakra in the area, from ten kilometers away. However, the Byakugan cannot see through certain barriers, such as the Four Black Fog Battle Formation used by the Sound Four. However, the third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, as well as the chakra circulation system inside another's body. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. Unlike the Strong Fist, which is focused on external injuries, the Gentle Fist style focuses on internal injuries. Each strike, when placed correctly, strikes along the Chakra Pathway System, which is the network of vessels that carry chakra. This network is closely intertwined with the functioning of the body's organs, and so, when the keirakukei take damage, the organs suffer as well. There is no defense against the Gentle Fist, since one cannot train one's internal organs to become stronger. The only possible defense is to stop the Gentle Fist's hits from connecting This is Hinata from Part 1, Neji's telesopic vision range in par 1 was 500 meters, in part 2 he'd only increased it by 300 meteres for a grand total of 800 meters. Hinata in part 2 had a rang of 10 kilometers, more than 10x Neji's. Hinata is nowhere near as skilled as Neji with the Byakugan so it stands to reason her range would increase at a slower rate. Therefor Part 1 Hinata's range > Part 1 Neji range, Meaning Part 1 Hinata's range > 50 m. This means that Hinata would see any ranged attack coming with more than enough time to dodge. Lucario does have one other advantage that evens the close range contest which I will get to in my next post.

Here's a pic of Altering Cave: It's a decent sized battleground but it will be difficult for Lucario to lose Hinata, Lucario is quite a bit faster than the most conditioned human but the same can be said for Naruto characters. Plus Hinata's got near 360 X-ray vision for fifty meters.

Every story has at least two sides, why not tell both?
-
Thank you, I'm a fan of both series so pulling this off wasn't too hard. Lucario being a fighting type Pokemon most likely has the speed and skill advantage but his attacks rely on aura/chakra which Hinata can block and she has the basic academy jutsu as well. It would be a very interesting fight. \\

I hope you guys like this

Well in short, the FPL, is you creating a character complete with a name, backstory, powers, etc. and having fight other people's created characters. Be careful though, the powers don't matter it's how you use them to advance the story and the writing itself that counts. It's nothing like CBUB where all you have to do is memorize how a character acts and know their powers and backstory to get a good grade. In the FPL you have to build characters and places, everything from the ground up. You have to go into the rich deep details of your creation's life, where they grew up, the people that influenced them, and every other little quirk about them. It's not enough to make a superpowered megalomaniac, you have to show us how and why he became that way. It's your job to make this being you created seem real to us and love them loath them, or a little of both. Though you may only show us words and a picture, you must give those things a spirit of their own so that they may twist our emotions to the very thing you wanted us to feel when you dreamed up that being. You must create your own little bubble of a world. and make us feel as if we are part of it and this one is the fiction. That is what writing is about and the FPL is a place to hone and test those skills.

The best writers in history couldn't turn the CBUB around. To appeal more to you Stan Lee and Jack Kirby couldn't turn it around. Go to the FPL, you may get schooled but the school of hard knocks makes for a good teacher.

No, amplifiers, by definition make things louder.
-
May I also point out those scans mentioned amplifiers. He Black Bolt didn't pull that under his own power.
-
The scream took five seconds and there is the dimension dump factor. Black Bolt's main power is his voice, doesn't that overrule your own argument about how standing and screaming wouldn't help in a fight?
-
Sakura owns with her medical ninjutsu she puts Chi-Chi into cardiac arrest and beats Naruto with Chi-Chi's frying pan before being mutilated by tow very pissed off Super Saiyans
-
If you Think SBP and 8th Day Juggs punching through dimensional walls is bad, try this. That's right, Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks screamed a hole in dimensional walls. Now two things about this, one the Hyperbolic Time Chamber has no "walls" to speak of, an entrance yes but no real walls like the Paradise dimension has. Two Super Buu also accomplished this feat so we can assume that anyone with a power level equal or greater than that of an SSJ3 in the DBZverse could duplicate it. So essentially in DBZ any SSJ3 or above character has a scream equal to the punch of an 8th day Juggernaut and their screams aren't nearly as powerful as their energy blasts. Black Bolt eat your heart out.

Well, this is tough. Both should die, no question and in the most painful way possible. (Where's, my budy Mike with his elaborate death drawings when I need him? ) Why couldn't they have put in a both mangled and killed button?! Since O have to choose, I say fangirls win for two reasons: 1. one was writhing fanfiction and I write fanfics myself and two you never mess with an easily pissed of female. *shudders*
-
Well if, I may there is that red bio-hazard sign she put on Morshan's armor.
-
This ought to be fun, we get to pound on Grano.
-
Care to elaborate as to why or are you just a DBZ hater?
-
I'm glad you all agree with me; I know post editing is low but this Magwhatever guy is a DBz hater.
-
Alright I'll stop. I think I've warmed up enough and apologize for any troube I caused.
-
Trust me I know what I'm doing. Getting ito a villian midset will help me write better
-
Just excited. I was saying we don't need to be your out out rivals; we're still villians and I'm just playing the part.
-
So what if we're not in the regular rouges gallery, we'll still give Khazan hell even if under your radar!
