I think I'll tjrow my hat into the arena. Probably won't win but I'llmeetthe deadline.

Okay so this is an old Rumble I did that was always meant to be a match. So I cleaned it uo so and changed some dialogue and posted this.

Adam Park trudged through the Moon Palace of Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd. The Power Ranger was the eye of a hurricane. He seemed completely calm but anything that got in his way was tossed aside with the barest of efforts. Putties, Tengas, even monsters scattered like leaves before this single unmorphed Ranger. Adam Park was on a mission and there wasn’t anything that was going to stop him. As he walked he thought about the events that had brought him to this point; it had all started… almost year ago now. He’d been just sitting in his dojo; Alpha 6 had just made lunch when he’d heard the sound of Putty Patrollers. Naturally he’d gone to help, as any ranger would. The fact that Putties were back in Angel Grove after fourteen years had disturbed him but the target of the attack had really turned his life upside-down. It was Kimberly Ann Hart, the Earth’s first Pink Ranger, having moved back to her home town after over a decade. After dealing with the Putties the pair had decided to put together a team of veteran Rangers to combat the threat. At first Adam had thought it was Thrax, Rita and Zedd’s son that the Sentinel Knight had called him into fight two years ago along with the other “Retro Rangers†when Thrax had disconnected the Overdrive Rangers from the Universal Morphing Grid. Not for the first time he wished it had been Thrax, that would’ve been so much easier. However, things were never easy for Power Rangers. It hadn’t been Thrax but a somehow resurrected Lord Zedd. Thankfully the team he’d put together had been an elite one. Other than Kimberly and himself they’d recruited Andros the Red Space Ranger, Kira Ford the Yellow Dino Thunder Ranger, and their old friend, Jason Lee Scott Earth’s first Red Ranger and equipped the team with some of the most powerful morphing powers Earth had ever seen: the Zeo powers. Trey of Triforia, the Gold Ranger had joined them later, giving the new team of Zeo Rangers access to the complete arsenal of the old team. The battle against Zedd’s forces had been difficult but it wasn’t without its upsides. Over time he and Kimberly had grown closer. The Pink Ranger had what what amounted to Posttraumatic Stress Disorder about the last time she’d faced Zedd’s forces back in 1995 and nearly died. Being the only member of the team who had been around for that incident Kimberly had turned to him to help her brush up on her fighting skills so something like that wouldn’t happen again. He’d promised her that he wouldn’t let Zedd hurt her again. He’d failed. Lord Zedd had kidnapped her. That’s why he was here, to get Kimberly back from the clutches of Lord Zedd. This was personal. Adam felt the weight in his back pocket, the weight of a box that contained an engagement ring. He was going to propose today but she’d been kidnapped last night. Adam shut his eyes tightly and took a deep breath. Over the last year they’d fallen in love. Of course something like this had to happen the night he had to propose, that was the life of a Power Ranger for you. The other Rangers were keeping the bulk of Lord Zedd’s forces busy while Adam went for Zedd himself, as he’d said, this was personal. He’d prepared for this fight, he’d been preparing for this since day one. In addition to his Zeonizer he had his Dino Buckler and Mastodon Power Coin, repaired by the Sentinel Knight two years ago, and Alpha had managed to get the Metallic Armor to work with a Dino Power Coin in place of a Ninja Power Coin and gotten it to work outside of Earth’s atmosphere. Unfortunately he couldn’t call on the Metallic Armor in conjunction with the Zeo Powers but he’d take what he could get. Finally Adam stepped into Lord Zedd’s throne room. He found Kimberly strapped to some sort of machine, he didn’t know what it was for and he didn’t care. He marched toward it with the intent of rescuing her but before he even got three steps the throne swiveled around to reveal his enemy. “Hello Tommy,†Adam said calmly. Tommy had seen better days, he’d been possessed by the evil that had been purged from Zedd by Zordon’s energy wave and the malignant presence was twisting his body and mind to match the form it had in life. More than half of Tommy’s body looked like Zedd’s now, or am I speaking to Zedd?†“Both,†Tommy/Zedd answered, “I wasn’t expecting you Adam. I figured it would be Jason who came to rescue her. Either way, no one will stop me from having Rita’s evil spirit possess little Kimberly, and then once my love is back-“ Adam cut him off. “Tommy fight this, you don’t want to do this.†He pleaded. “Oh but I do, you see both Zedd and I have lost our true loves. I fought him at first but over time I began to see things his way. Together we can take everything we ever wanted. By the way Zedd wants to thank you Adam.†Tommy chuckled. “Thank me? For what?†The Green Ranger as afraid of the answer. “I saw the way she looks at you Adam. I can’t let you have her. It was my heartbreak that allowed Zedd to get this big a foothold. Now I’m stronger than ever and I will have what is rightfully mine!†“So you kidnapped her because you couldn’t handle heartbreak Tommy, she doesn’t love you anymore, get over it.†“Oh no, I would’ve kidnapped her anyway,†Tommy mused, “That was the plan since day one, to have Rita possess Kimberly and then take over the world together, you just got in the way Adam. You’d be proud though; she put up a pretty good fight before I brought her up here. Using the Dragon Power Coin in conjunction with the Zeo Powers made her quite formidable.†“So you have the Dragon coin?†Adam asked. If he said yes then it was quite possible Adam’s plan to beat this amalgamation of Tommy and Zedd would fail. Even if he said no, it was quite possible this would fail. After all, his opponent was the man widely considered to be the greatest Ranger and one of their most powerful villains any Power Ranger had ever faced. “No, I don’t need it; I was going to let Kimberly keep it. I can defeat any of you Rangers without it.†Tommy/Zedd said. Boy was he getting arrogant, though he had pretty good reason to be confident. “Tommy I don’t want to fight you, just let Kim go and w can get you some help.†One last attaempt to save his old friend before they crossed the point of no return. “I’m afraid that won’t be possible.†Tommy/Zedd said. Well then,†Adam said, “It’s Morphin’ Time! Zeo Ranger 4: Green!†The Green Zeo Ranger prepared for one last battle. “Well mow, I’m glad the Zedd part of me was able to repair this,†Tommy summoned his Dino Thunder Morpher, “Dino Thunder, power up! Well we’re in each others' original colors, how ironic.†The two Rangers started each other down knowing only one of them would walk away from this. So it’s: Tommy Oliver with the powers of the Black Dino Thunder Ranger powers, possessed by Lord Zedd. He has all the power and skills of both Tommy and Zedd. Vs. Adam Park currently morphed as Zeo Ranger 4. He also has his Black Mastodon Powers as a backup and can access the Metallic Armor while in the form of the Black Ranger. *No Zords *Bloodlust is on.

What we really need are good strength, speed and durabity measuremments for te Gods and heroes. Yes te Gods have nasty magic that can turn the tide but they want to defeat the DBU's defenders which means straight combat first. Can they take what their opponents can dish out?

Shockwave's last post said it best. As a Digimon fan I feel like making a match just to show how to use Digimon correctly.

Not linking something is fine, sweeping generalizations of the sexual orientation of male fans of a show are not.

There are no words for this. As a Digimon fan this insulting. The whole freaking thing not just that my Little Ponies are involved. I'm not a brony and I feel that the implication in this set-up that they are all homosexual is just sick.

To be fair getting Vegeta and the Joker in the same room might produce some fun dialogue... until Vegeta loses all patience and liquifies Jker's organs with his fist.

Written for the January challenge Dante was not a happy man. Capcom had rebooted him, one of their flagship characters and for what? For an Edward Cullen wannabe. Damn Capcom and damn Ninja Theory. So now the Classic Dante sat in a corner of the Khazan bar, trying, and failing, to get drunk due to his demon blood. Of all the superpowers he had, anti-intoxication was the most annoying. He coudn’’t even drink away his problems like a normal person. Dante was so busy wallowing in his uncharacteristic, but justified self-pity that he didn’t notice the doors to the bar get pushed wide open. He didn’t notice who had walked in, exuding what kids these days called swag. He didn’t notice the source of all his problems until DmC Dante spoke. “So there’s the has been, I’ve been looking all over for you.†DmC Dante said to his classic counterpart, his voice dripping with smugness. Classic Dante turned to look at him with a death glare and the normal near riotous bar went deathly quiet, everyone knew something like this was coming ever since the Devil May Cry reboot was announced. And yet their Goku calculations are still flawed, not to the point that it alters the outcome but still flawed. Well, I have a legitimate gripe with this Death Battle! Thankfully they ignored Pre-Crisis featss because of the Crisis on Infinite Earths reboot but ignored the fact that he was rebooted again in 2011. So honestly this doesn't definitive answer the question of if the were going to fight right now in continuity.

I'm actually not a huge fan of combat myself, I've considered giving up in rond 1 and just ineractimg, probsbly won't bt it's temping. We need a non-combat RP.

The start of a sequel arc to an old match I did here. MMPR/Gargoyles Part 1: Tommy Oliver woke slowly. The room he was in didn’t look familiar. Just where was he and how did he get here? He didn’t seem to be tied up or taken prisoner but something about this place didn’t feel right. Tommy looked over the décor; it was all very old, antiquated even. Like someone was really nostalgic for the Middle Ages complete, with weapons on the wall. “Ah good, you’re up, I was worried they’d been too rough on you Mr. Oliver,†a voce said. It sounded Scottish. Tommy turned to find a fairly richly dressed older man entering the room, “And that would’ve been disappointing after all I’ve heard about you.†“Just who are you, what’s going on?†Tommy asked. The man laughed. “Are you always like this when you wake up Mr. Oliver? If so it’s a miracle Lord Zedd hasn’t defeated you yet. At any rate as for I am you can call me Macbeth. As for what’s going on, well I only want to explain it once so I’m going to wait for your friend to wake up.†Macbeth gestured over to the side of the room where a stone gargoyle stood. Tommy didn’t recognize the thing and was totally confused by this. He and the others had come to New York at the request of some Gargoyles they had met when he hadn’t been on the team. Could that stone statue be one of them? In his time as a Power Ranger Tommy had seen stranger things. As the Sun went down he began to notice chips in the stone until finally it flew apart revealing and old looking but very much alive Gargoyle with a small sword on his belt. “Good evening Hudson.†Macbeth said. “Macbeth, why have you taken me away from my home? I thought you were only interested in Demona. You know she doesn’t care about my clan.†Hudson said. “Aye, I do know that Hudson but now I work for Lord Zedd, soon to be the ruler of the planet Earth and he wants you and Mr. Oliver out of the way. As well as all your friends†Macbeth explained. “Where are the others Macbeth?†Tommy demanded. He was worried for his friends but he mind was especially focused on Kimberly, as every young man’s mind should be when their girlfriend was in danger. “I don’t know. Lord Zedd has them all in different locations. He didn’t tell me where. Although I don’t you would have trouble finding them. If you two can get past me that is,†Macbeth tossed something to Tommy. The Ranger looked down and saw that it was his morpher, “You might want to morph if you plan to get past me and help your friends and come at me with the intent to kill. Don’t ever tell anyone Macbeth, son of Finley doesn’t fight fair m’boy.†“You’re a Power Ranger, like the ones Rita Repulsa tricked into fighting us a year ago.†Hudson said looking at Tommy’s morpher. “Yes, I’m a Power Ranger,†Tommy admitted, “and I can’t use my powers on another human being I could seriously hurt them. Macbeth under probably under a spell from Zedd, fight it!†“You don’t have time to waste talking Mr. Oliver. The opponents your friends and the other members of Hudson’s clan are facing won’t be as nice as I am. You’re going to have to fight your way past me to save them.†The old king said. Hudson put a hand on Tommy’s shoulder. “Your morals are admirable lad but our friends are in danger. Macbeth is a formidable fighter if we are to defeat him you will need to morph. Don’t worry about hurting him, he’s immortal.†The Gargoyle said. “Alright,†Tommy relented, “It’s Morphin’ Time: Tirgerzord!†Let’s take this outside shall we? I don’t want to ruin my house. *Macbeth is armed with: A broadsword 15 grenades A laser pistol 5 electrified nets A flying scooter with small mounted laser cannons. *Tommy is from season 2 of MMPR with his White Ranger power. No zords. *The Sun just set ten minutes ago. *Macbeth must capture or kill Hudson and Tommy. *Hudson and Tommy must get way from Macbeth by any means. *Arena: New York City, night.

The doorknob turned and his mother a rich scientist walked in. She had a rather nasty bite out her jugular vein that was spurting copious amounts of blood. "Containment failed...I'm sorry..." she muttered, seemingly to someone who wasn't there. It was like her brain was on autopilot, that was likely why she was here. Then the bleeding stopped but she was still moving, clearly a zombie and coming for him. Plus more were pouring through the door.
