Has Surfer ever truly fought at those speeds though. From everything I've read he generally doesnt fight any faster than other superspeed characters. Also Gogeta has some form of matter manipulation. When Shenron shot a blast at him, he turned it into confety (spelling?) Not saying he would win. It just wouldnt be as easy as some are making it out to be.

Hows the tech gonna help him. Deathstroke has fought tech enhanced assassins multiple times. He has beaten people that could not die. Tech will help Cable but its nowhere near enough to put him over for the win.

Deathstroke's mind can not be manipulated in any way. Some sort or inhibitors he has. (Deathstroke #20 or #21) The Nth metal gives him the ability to go toe to toe with people much more powerful than Cable. As far as skill, experience, and strategic know how; they are probably even. In my eyes they two are extremely close to one another in many aspects. What gives Deathstroke the win to me is the Nth armor (durability) and mental inhibitors. Cable will attempt telepathic attacks in realize they are useless. I would say Deathstroke has slightly better aim. Myself and Nova had this discussion a while back and came to the conclusion that it was too close to call and could go either way.

He has been beaten by Cap, Dardevil, Cyclops (in a fist fight), Spiderman, Silver Samurai, Punisher... In this fight, Logan's only advantage is his healing factor. Taskmaster has seen him fight and can predict his movements.

Um... actually Logan has been KOed many times by people Taskmaster already has copied. He could easily do it just like them. All the experience doesnt help when Taskmaster can copy Logan and predict his movements. You say Logan could enter a feral state, thats fine but he loses his skill and becomes a pure brawler which gives Taskmaster a high advantage in skill. Taskmaster should have little trouble knocking Wolverine out.

I tried to find out about Q. All I could find was he is omnipotent. If he could kill a cosmic being without much effort I would say yes he shouldnt be allowed. Any character that is not 'cosmic' but can kill a cosmic being without much effort just seems like too much in this slot. If a character can influence an entire universe on a grand scale without outside help (ex. Franklin, Wanda, Mr. Majestic, Mephisto, Mr. Mxyzptlk, Dormammu, Blackheart, etc...) Its just characters like I listed above seem to way outclass any high powered character like Thor or Jonzz here. These two could pummel some of them into nothing but they could think it and they would be dead or captured.

its ok with me. Adam was my character but from what I found on the Saint he would not have to be FTL to hit Adam. He has the durability to survive the intial attack and that would have given him time to pull the trigger. Then game over. As far as his speed goes, while not set at a certain rate. He can draw and shoot faster than a man could see.

She would be but I say the characters should be base/normal levels. Not reality warping style of characters. At Scarlet Witch's most powerful we all know what she can do. She changed everything on earth. She even permanently took away hundreds to thousands of mutant's powers. Regardless of the comic definition of cosmic, when you can change reality and bend it to your will; you become cosmic. People like Frankilin Richards, Scarlet Witch, and Rune King Thor can effect beings like Galactus with almost no effort.

You could also take Scarlet Witch for example at her strongest.

although I was a judge and disagreed. Any reality warping character can technically be considered low to high level cosmic. When you get into reality warping, its just who is stronger in that area. Take Galactus for example, you cant choose him but you can choose Franklin Richards that can alter the universe with a thought. That seems a little off to me. I allowed Thor as a good character at his base level and same with Manhunter. the other judges choose to stretch Fox's definition to its furthest point and manipulate what he wanted. I like to stick with what Fox was truly thinking by having this slot as characters like regular Thor, Superman, Orion, Wonder Man, Lobo, Black Adam, Doomsday, Juggernaut, Hulk, etc. ALL BASE LEVEL

Barry has escaped the speed force itself. He has returned from death. He could easily move too fast for Puck to see or hit. He cant cast a spell on someone who he cant catch.

Well the only thing I can think of is according to your analysis if its not in the Egyptian gods 'divine plan' for Adam to die, then he could survive the bullets and continue to fight and win. In that case, I would say that they would not want there champion killed.

He has actually done that quite often against Penguin and Two Face. He would bypass the hired help and be waiting in there office.

How is the character not cosmic when it can not be killed by God or the devil but can kill them with a single bullet? He is above them. He is immortal and has a weapon that kills anything and cant be stopped. He is all powerful. You cant kill him and you cant stop his attack.

the Saint is omnipotent, a nuke didnt leave a scratch, he faster than can bee seen, his guns never run out of ammo and can kill anyone or anything no matter what. Also his bullets never miss. They can curve or phase through anything (like Omega Beams but they actually work 100% of the time. What puts him out of place to me is he is omnipotent and can kill anything no matter what.

so we have the deathstar on Murder World. Popeye climbs aboard and the Deathstar is helpless with him destroying it from the inside out.
