As far as I'm aware this isn't really true either. The one canon interaction between Thor and Superman was incredibly even. Superman won because he was worthy of holding Mjolnir and was able to stop it, and even after that he called Thor "the mightiest opponent he ever faced," which is also just wrong because like, Clark, there are people who have soundly beaten you.

But yeah, going by this fight the advantage would seem to be for Thanos

This is the fight I was thinking of

How in the world does the fight favor Thanos? For one he doesn't fly. Zod could hit him like a missile before Thanos could react. Zod has heat vision, so we could see a repeat of this

Zod has freezing breath he can do this to Thanos

A few dinosaurs isn't really comparable to a whole city of zombies and monsters.

I'm trying to recall how many dangerous dinosaurs Grant has actually encountered, and it can't be more than a handful in total. And that was creatures he knew all about - their hunting patterns, their senses, even their calls and how they communicated with each other.

Hardened military types were taken out in minutes by the monsters and zombies of Racoon City; some of which are beings created and designed to kill which is a million miles away from animals on the hunt.

Remember that some of those creatures even have weapons they fight back with!

Good thing he's not some hardened military type trying to clean out the city, he's a survivor who is going to use his head, lay low and be smart. More than 24 hours I think would be pushing it, but Grant can do a single day I'm really confident there. Meanwhile other people will be fighting and getting the attention of all those said nasty monsters.

However.... this is hordes of zombies, soldiers who are ordered to shoot, monsters that could tear him limb from limb and that have attributes and abilities he could only imagine.

Even if he is immune, this is so outside of his skillset that there is no way he survives.

Nah sounds pretty close to his skillset, raptors, spinos, and Trex wanted to tear him limb from limb.

He knows predators, and Raccoon city is full of predatory creatures. I think with his prior experiences under his belt he stands a good chance of surviving for at least a day.

Sorry but to survive this kind of environment you’ll eventually need to fire a gun and Alan’s gun feats are severely lacking right now. So I say he dies.

Not necessarily. In fact firing a gun can bring more attention to you.

And Grant's fired guns before. Just Hollywood made his gun jam at the worst possible moment.
