  1. Where does it say a small number of participants. Honestly small numbers kinda defeat the purpose of cannon fodder. There is nothing in the description to suggest it's not all of any given fodder group.
  2. As much as the Foot Clan feels like the obvious answer. I think it's worth noting that as a property going on 50 years old and existing in multiple fictional properties. Star Wars is going to have millions of fan(antic)s from all walks of life with differing skill/power sets/levels and equipment. Even if a small fraction of them can stall the Foot even briefly. Then those less skilled/equiped can dog pile as the Foot is going to be at a serious numbers disadvantage.
  3. Her opponent was Superman. So no shame in that Lose.
  4. Had a couple of those myself. Then again I also had a couple where I thought I was gonna lose and ended up pulling out a win.
  5. Probably because accidentally awakening ancient evil is kinda Ash's go to move. Also even if he doesn't the Predators will.
  6. Has Ash ever beat something as smart, strong, and skilled as a Predator? how about multiple Predators or Xenos at once? how about doing so in a tight space whose architecture is constantly changing?
  7. You are giving Rhino to much credit in the planning department. If he knows all he has to do is get the art. He's just gonna smash his way in and grab it. nothing in the challenge says anything about not getting caught. In fact i suspect both would. Rhino just has a much better chance at getting the art and getting out. Regardless of the condition of the art, building, or how obvious his technique was. Rhino is not known for subtlety or for thought.
  8. And you've now officially put more thought into this then Rhino would. Even if he does decide to protect the art in question all he has to do is wrap his arms around it and charge head first. which is how he normally goes about charging anyway.
  9. It won't be pretty, but even most high security museums won't be ready for Rhino simply running through what ever security/walls are present grabbing the art in question and heading any direction he chooses. Shocker can probably do this, but he is going to have to pre-plan. For Rhino it's going to be a relatively straight forward smash and grab. if you can stagger Hulk you can smash through some brick walls, a vault, plexi-glass cases, a security gate or two.
  10. Don't get me wrong, I love Ash as much as the next guy. He is a classic everyman hero. He is also exactly the kind of bumbling moron that will trip the start of the hunt. Before the Predators arrive and get face hugged and if he doesn't he has so much bravado he"d try and square up with a Predator when they do arrive. Again surviving the Pyramid. Is going to take a combination of skill, stealth, and intelligence. It's like if Alien and Predator took place in the Cube and even if you do escape you escape to Hoth.
  11. The Ewoks are warrior hunters culture, who worship trees, and whose political and spiritual leadership is largely patriarchal. Cuchulain is a male warrior hunter prince from a culture that views trees as sacred. Pele turned somebody in to a tree as punishment. Such a thing would be viewed as a twisted abomination by the Ewoks who view themselves as children of the trees. So being turned into one would not be viewed as punishment, and anybody who thought of it as such would be viewed as crazy by the Ewoks. Infact in legends the Ewoks believed there dead became trees. Also in Legends Ewoks valued craftsman it was essentially a right of passage for young male Ewoks to build a family home. Cuchulain is an incarnation of his father Lugh who among other things is a god of craftsmen. In other words between Pele's view on trees, no connection to warriors or hunting, and sadly the fact that she is female. Is going to make her a hard fit for the Ewoks. Cuchulain on the other hand will be largely viewed as a kindred spirit. The icing on top is even Cuchulain's weapons. The spear, sling, etc have a very Ewoks flavor.
  12. All three groups in question Ewoks, Hawaiians, and the Irish of the era were nature worshippers.
  13. Just a friendly reminder that these two exist in the same universe and work with the same groups of people. And when that universe and those groups are faced with universe ended threats. Superman, not Flash is the go to guy. Flash may be faster and even that has gone back and forth over the years, but even if Wally is faster it's the only advantage he's got and it's not enough to carry this fight.
  14. Besides using manipulation and preying on there fears. Gaston maybe able to pulls this off in a more straight forward, but rarely seen in Scooby Doo, way that is threw good old fashion fear and intimidation. Either by himself as giant jacked power house armed to the teeth. Or by inciting an angry armed mob to run them off. Use the locals in the town where the case is if need be. It shouldn't be hard to paint Mystery Inc. as a bunch of antisocial, druggie, conspiracy nut, occultist. Who are a danger to the local youths.
  15. Minor corrections. The Witch King is the only one subject to the "..not by the hand of man will he fall." Prophecy, not the Nazgul as a group and it's just that a prophecy saying how he will die. Not a protective magic/aura that doesn't allow him to be killed by men.
  16. Are you basing your entire position on the relative intelligence of the towns population on the opinion of one angsty teenager? If not what is your evidence that the town is full of "morons"?
  17. There are accounts of the Amazons into the middle ages. So they should have access to steel as well and it's likely to be of a higher quality.
  18. Going to drop this here to https://www.google.com/search?q=jonah+hex+vs+rattlesnake&client=ms-android-motorola-rvo3&prmd=ivnx&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwic_pGG_bf0AhUhFjQIHc4DAGUQ_AUoAXoECAIQAQ&biw=412&bih=780&dpr=1.75#imgrc=ikBqm-iafAV1RM This is Hex waking up to a rattlesnake lunging at him and still drawing and shooting fast enough to hit it before it bites him. He does so only half conscious and he starts while the snake is mid lunge. This is some thing we don't see from Sonja. Don't get me wrong she is fast and has great reflexes, but we don't see this kind of draw speed from her. She is not a quick draw. She can respond to fast moving objects, but we've never seen her pull her bow and shoot in less time then it takes a lunging rattlesnake to cover less then a foot. At a distance this matters. It means Hex can end this before she can even think about closing the distance. https://www.google.com/search?q=jonah+hex+respect+thread+reflexes&client=ms-android-motorola-rvo3&prmd=isvxn&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi-_Ye6xrj0AhX9Mn0KHafnC_8Q_AUoAXoECAIQAQ&biw=412&bih=780&dpr=1.75#imgrc=95hdE-HvFSNfRM Or this one where the other guys has his finger on the trigger and his rifle almost aimed, before Hex starts to pull his gun. Still Jonah draws his guns and shoots before the soldier can finish. We can see how the creators chose to show the speed difference too. The other soldier gets the lines that follow his rifle to show movement. Hex on the other hand is fast enough. His gun just appears in his hand.
  19. Except the town wasn't anti-reading. They may not have read with the fervor that Belle did, but the town had a book store. That managed to stay in business and we know Belle wasn't buying book. The shops in town had written signage. The population could clearly count. They exchanged money. They graded Gaston expectorating. Had well developed vocabularies. They played chess recreationally. Etc. These were not uneducated bumpkins. Regardless of what the angsty teen that was Belle said. It was a village of craftsmen and trades people with a bustling town center. Not dirt farms and a mud church.
  20. Yeah her streak is great. She's got 10 wins, 1 loss, and 1 tie. Interestingly Hex hasn't done bad for him self in Draft matches either with 6 wins and 1 loss. It kinda makes me wonder which character has the best average, most wins etc over all in the draft matches.
  21. We could also assume it's the Free Jaffa Nation as it says Jaffa Warriors, not Goa'uld or System Lords. Even then though we don't know the size of the fleet.
  22. I don't think we ever get a clear picture of the size of the System Lord fleet. Because they never all muster in one place. Due to the internal fighting and politic-ing going on between the Goa'uld.
  23. She has a loss to Emma Peel in season 4. She tied with Punisher this season, not a loss, but also not a win.
  24. Here are some examples of Jonah going up against groups in melee combat. https://www.google.com/search?q=jonah+hex+respect+thread+fights+tribe&tbm=isch&ved=2ahUKEwj89ufx5rf0AhViJjQIHTjADJUQ2-cCegQIABAC&oq=jonah+hex+respect+thread+fights+tribe&gs_lcp=ChJtb2JpbGUtZ3dzLXdpei1pbWcQAzoCCCk6BAgAEBg6BQghEKsCOgQIIRAKUKALWNspYK0taABwAHgBgAG0BogBkxaSAQowLjEyLjEuNi0xmAEAoAEBwAEB&sclient=mobile-gws-wiz-img&ei=MsGhYfyVM-LM0PEPuICzqAk&bih=780&biw=412&client=ms-android-motorola-rvo3&prmd=sivxn&hl=en#imgrc=LU945eYnFLWmOM https://m.imgur.com/a/4IgQFyW https://m.imgur.com/a/OEEZ1CJ And for fun, Hex fighting an alligator. https://www.google.com/search?q=jonah+hex+vs+alligator&oq=jonah+hex+vs+alligator&aqs=chrome..69i57j33i160l2.7705j0j4&client=ms-android-motorola-rvo3&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8#imgrc=n-eVkBlobYp_lM
  25. Yes and no, In the first one Batman is not 100%, but Jonah already has Batman down and in position to snap his neck when. Scalphunter steps in. Even weakend Batman is a top notch fighter. So Hex gaining the dominate position in fight against him speaks volumes for Jonah's martial prowess. In the scans where he shoots Batman. Again yes Batman is weakend. But Jonah's standing in front of him and gives warning by saying draw. Before he draws and shoots. So it's not like it's an ambush or sucker punch. So I'm not sure what you mean when you say Hex got the drop on him.
