You also have to remember these guys would probably use teamwork on their foes and Teamwork really does go a long way in a lot of cases most likely including this one.

The oddball is equipped with 10 spiked balls. The team must Secure the scientist and keep him alive. Incapacitate Oddball. wait for authorities to arrest him. Mission 2: Simply Jesting; The Jester and three of his men are attempting a robbery at a bank, his men are armed with 9 mm but the Jester is equipped with a desert eagle. The team must Make sure no civilians are killed Incapacitate the foes Wait for authorities to arrest them Mission 3: Taking out the Blob; The Blob is terrorizing the city on the streets taking advantage of a seemingly hero-less city, but the team will do their best to try to immobilize him, the team must Secure Civilians Incapacitate the Blob Find way of restraining the blob while the authorities come to get them Now these events will happen one after another so they will not have rest time, but the crimes are withing a quarter mile radius of the next.
