The Silver Surfer with 100% Cosmic Power from Marvel. vs Kyle Rayner with every piece of contained energy in Oa. From all 7200 rings, the Alpha Lanterns and the whole entire central battery and the power of the Guardians. The fight take outside both Marvel and D.C and either one can die. Who wins? You see after I wrote the fight, in-fact the next morning after I wrote the fight I thought. Should it be All of Galactus's power or all of Marvel's? No, because if you mean all the power cosmic, it would not only be Galactus, but also the Living Tribunal, Eternity, The Stranger, Adam Warlock, and others, who are all Galactus level.
