IKA
Piccolo is capable of conjuring clothing, swords, and whatnot. Who's to say he can't conjure a load of moolah? Why can't he conjure up an anti-bad guy spray?
Guest Hayesmeister5651
Future Trunks couldn't lead a dog to his food, let alone lead a team. Piccolo would be a great leader, but even he has his monetary flaws.I think Trunks would be unlike most DBZ characters he doesn't mess around with the enemy he knows to get it done. He knows that all too well in his timeline.

Guest sirmethos
Ender Wiggin proved to be a good leader. both highly intelligent, a genius at strategy and tactics. and extremely charismatic. Other good leaders:Lews Therin Telamon(before the opening of the Bore)Sparhawk(from the Elenium)Garm Bel Iblis just to mention a few

DamagingRob
How about Mr. Satan? You guys will think I'm nuts when you see this, but think about it. Everyone on Earth (in DBZ) would die for this guy.

Indolent
I'm pretty sure being a decent leader requires actual brains, courage, and ability. Satan has none of those...

Guest Hayesmeister5651
He lack experience however.But...he grew up in a timeline where everyday could be your last, he fought the androids who were wayyyy stronger then he was and managed to live, and his time with Goku and everybody added to his xp. Gohan would have made a great leader if Piccolo kept training him after Cell Saga, but Akira decided to make my favorite character lame, then I got hope of redemption when he was Ultimate Gohan, but that lasted like four episodes For leaders other then DBZ......I would suggest Master Chief but he has no charisma, he is probably a better soldier then leader.Marcus Fenix from Gears of War is a great leader, he leads the few remaining COGs against the Locust, and his great thinking has pulled them out of crazy situations. Guest force_echo
Bean from ender's shadow. Better strategist than Ender, and thats saying something. He makes Cyclops look like a elementary schooler first learning to play chess.

Bean is the better strategist by far, but Ender is the better leader.

DamagingRob
I suggest Naruto and Luffy. One will become Hokage, the other will become King of the Pirates.
Guest tomisntblue
Just to chime in on the discussion of Future Trunks as a leader. I think that Future Gohan would make a far better leader than he would. The best Trunks to go with would probably be the one from the main timeline after he grows up, so like GT Trunks. I'm just saying from an experience standpoint, and the fact that he was raised by Vegeta so he knows what makes a strong leader. But your right about the lazy part, although I'm sure you could count on him in a pinch.

Guest tomisntblue
Tien is a great guy. I really like Tien. But no. Never a leader. He's way too shy. Tien has a few attributes that make a good leader, but he's pretty much just a body guard. In a two man group he could maybe pull it off, but otherwise someone else needs to be in charge.
