Indolent
Meh. Ash would pwn them with his military training. And yeah, I'd say Wendigo wins. One, Ash isn't Canadian, these guys are. Two, he doesn't have any formal military training like these guys obviously do. Three, going against the Lumberjack Commandos, Ash would be brutalized rather quickly. Agreed on Wendigo though I already said that.

Indolent
Didn't say he was. Read his comic series.. I wouldn't say quickly, but yeah, unarmed he'd lose.Reason why I said he isn't Canadain was as per my bringing in the Lumberjack Commandos was so it'd still be on topic pertaining to the whole concept of Canadians fighting. I was going by the movie, and all I see are just him leading a normal civilian life, outside of his otherworldly adventures. *shrugs* I've also found that he was 20 by the first film, and went to college/studied for engineering before the events of Evil Dead. So he was a college student and he's 20 before the events of Evil Dead. Where did he get this training? Even Marvel's info on him doesn't share any information on him having had any military training. If both were armed adequately, he'd still lose. Advantage of having two hands will do that to you. Indolent
The Ash from the comic (from what I've read on him, from Marvel's wiki) doesn't have any military training. Even his initial storyline's the same as the movie, added by his extra adventures in the comic. Ash from the comics as well as Ash from the movies are one and same... Look, if you don't believe me then whatever, but more proof that he DOES have military training is in Evil Dead: Regeneration, which is set in Ash's future. In this game, Ash displays mastery of virtually all military weapons (He even attaches a gatling gun to his hand ) and has also become a master martial artist. And please, if you reply to this (And I really hope you don't)... DO NOT mention game mechanics Besides, this discussion is over. Let's get back to the actual topic now. Guest force_echo
Sirmethos means, generic Wendigos that Joe Fixit beats up or THE Wendigo? THE Wendigo wins. If its Generic Wendigo, I'd go with Wolverine or Gaurdian.

If its Generic Wendigo, I'd go with Wolverine or Gaurdian. no, aside from the standard Wendigo, there is at least 3 or 4 others. the most prominent being Mauvais Wendigo. with Sasquatch there is the standard member of Alpha Flight, Walter Langkowski. there is also Tanaraq, the ancient mystical beast. for Sasquatch though, since Hayes has said that it is Walter Langkowski. is it Before or After being possessed by Tanaraq?(yes it change his powers). with Wendigo, Mauvais Wendigo is by far the most powerful one, aside from him the ones that are actually named and appeared in more than a single issue, we have the 'average wendigo', Paul Cartier, and we have Georges Baptiste. and once again, yes, there is a difference in their powers. Guardian can fly and shoot blasts of electro-magnetic energy.
