IIRC, however Prime held his own, while Hulk had his Warbound. But, Hulk brought a planet back together. Tough call. Speed- Flash owns Pietro here. Energy Control: I think Monarch wins here. Intellect: Reed alone is probably equal to Bruce and Ray. Tactician: Deathstroke beats Frank. Attitude: Logan.

C.T.
Don't underestimate the Surfer... I'm not, but don't underestimate Monarch either. I mean 52 Captain Atoms put together. That's alot of power, but I don't think its a stomp for either
Guest MarvelFan15
So that's who Monarch is... Oh, and you should have given Marvel-Man the speed of The Runner.

Guest MarvelFan15
You didn't know that? I knew he was somehow connected to Super-man Prime at one point...but, other than that, nope.
C.T.
I knew he was somehow connected to Super-man Prime at one point...but, other than that, nope. Yeah, IIRC Prime was one of two people that have been able to hurt Monarch. The other, I believe was Chris Kent of Earth-16, who died after performing such a massive attack. Monarch has the powers of flight, teleportation, vastly powerful energy projection, vast superhuman strength, invulnerability, awareness, manipulation of the quantum field, the ability to access other realities in the multiverse and extreme energy absorption capabilities. After absorbing Major Force and every version of Captain Atom in the multiverse, Monarch's powers are perhaps one of strongest to ever be seen in the DC universe. He was able to beat three versions of Superman and Wonder Woman at one time in Countdown: Arena with one blow, go toe to toe with a Guardian charged Superboy-Prime, incinerate Lobo (who is nearly as strong as Superman) and defeat all of his counterparts, with ease, within a few minutes. Marvel Man
I'm doomed speed wise. Should've gotten the Runner... Note: Monarch is indeed a power house, but the Silver Surfer recently got an upgrade (During Annihilation). His ability to manipulate energy became a lot stronger. He was even able to manipulate the energy of the Crunch (the border between the positive Universe & Negative Zone), and killed two Galactus level beings. Sure, he almost died, but y'know... Note: Note: All of that was during Annihilation. I'm looking for scans.

Guest MarvelFan15
I'm doomed speed wise. Should've gotten the Runner... I take back what I said before. The Runner would be too much for Flash level speeds (unless it's Pre-crisis).
treacherous
D.C-Man Strength: Superboy-Prime (Should've been Doomsday, Prime's got much more than just strength going. Doomsday, not much else.) Vs Marvel-Man Speed: Quicksilver (Should've been the Runner)Intellect: Mister Fantastic/Captain America (!!!Captain America??? Tactician, not intellect) FIGHT
Guest boston_celtics
Marvel-Man Strength: WorldWar Hulk (Not the strongest)Speed: Quicksilver (Not the fastest)Energy Control: Silver Surfer (Not the best energy controller)Intellect: Mister Fantastic/Captain America (Cap is not one of the smartest)Tactician: The Punisher (Not the best, Cap should be here)Attitude: Wolverine (OK) DC man has the fastest, the strongest, the best tactician, and the best energy manipulator (Well, maybe not that last one)
Guest Cujogoodie
It's really hard to call without durability factoring into it. I mean, attitude? Tactician? Why not assume that the guys are fighting to win, based on stuff they've already done? As for speed, Norrin himself would've done just fine, he might not be quite as fast as Wally, but he's closer than Quicksilver or the Runner are. Strength? Both Class 100s, call it a tie.Energy Control? Don't know enough Monarch, but apparently he needed a suit to control that power, so...Intellect: Marvel. Easy. No contest. And I really don't think the last two matter in a fight like this.
