Guest chaos-with-honor
Ok, so this isn't really a rumble, but it seemed to be the place it fit the best. Given the nature of the (comic) Cosmos, virtually anything can happen at any given time. Let's say that it does. Abin Sur is crashing. He knows it will be unpleasant. He knows it will most likely be fatal. He begins to plan for the few remaining minutes of his life. He readies himself for impact. He knows what to command and how to make it happen. As the ship plunges toward the atmosphere of the little blue-green planet, Abin Sur is comforted by the idea that another will take his place. At that moment, a trans dimentional portal opens, swallowing both ship and passenger. It accelarates the ship to mind boggling speeds, and deposits it in the same interstallar coordinates, in an entirely new multiverse. Abin Sur tries desperately to avoid hitting any populated area, but that is nearly impossible with the limited time he has. His only choice is to aim for the sea. His ship plunges into the depths with unimaginable force. The subsequent cooling of the hull seals many of the environmental leaks, but the transfered force of impact still destroys most of the inner workings of the ship. Abin Sur is crushed nearly to death inside the cockpit. He knows he must conserve his energy if he is live long enough to carry out his final task. He commands his Ring of Power to find one pure of heart, and totally without fear. *************************************************************************************************************************************************** Swinging through Hell's Kitchen, Daredevil is confronting the first of the night's little challenges. One quick strike and the thug falls before he ever having a chance to grab the woman he was stalking. Murdock begins to scale the building to continue the night's work. Then he is floating. He can't "see" the force holding him, but he can difinitely feel the pressure. He streaks into the sky and out to sea, where a new fututre awaits... ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// So now we have two new realities to explore. One where there was never a Green Lantern of Earth, at all. Another where Daredevil has acquired the Ring of Power and the Power Battery. How does this change the story of each? Guest MarvelFan15
Umm...Well, Sinestro would never have developed hatred for Hal, thus, he would have reamined a good guy. And...Well, Daredevil would just kick a hella lot more @$$.

Guest MarvelFan15
...Shakes head, how would he have kicked more ass than Hal? I never said he would. What I meant was that he would kick more than he does now.

Guest chaos-with-honor
There are a lot more notes to this than you're cutrrently exploring. Thinkk about all the JLA missions GL has been on. They all happen differently. Star Saphire runs rampant in her first appearance. Noone is there to oppose Sinestro in his war agianst the Guardians. Parallax has to find a new host. Kyle, Stewart, and Guy never don rings. On the other side, Kingpin is jelly. Bullseye is never a threat. Think about the Onslaught saga with a new uber powerful hero to stand in his way. Doom becomes as big a Daredevil villain as he is a FF villain. For that matter, Galactus has a whole new threat to overcome when Silver Surfer and Daredevil team up to stop him. On the lighter side, would Daredevil change his name? Come on guys, this is right off the top of my head. Go into some detail here.
