Onslaught in and of himself, only has the powers of Xavier and Magneto, + the whole "no physical body" thing. So if we're talking basic Onslaught, then Darkseid wins easily. When Onslaught took on the majority of Marvel's Heroes and Villains, he had the additional powers of Nate Grey(X-man) and Franklin Richards. Onslaught himself is far less powerful than that, and would easily be defeated in this match. You're right about it being a stomp, you're just mistaken about which side is doing the stomping. A small feat for him: He mindcontrolled(without the use of the Anti-Life Equation) the population of an entire planet(Daxamites, the people who are similar to Kryptonians), and while mindcontrolling them, he teleported their entire planet to a different location, all without any real effort. To repeat, against Modern day Darkseid, Onslaught(with the powers of Franklin and Nate) would win. But in this particular match, Onslaught gets his arse kicked.
