As I said look at everything Frank has done and that is at barely peak human. DS has incredibly impressive feats, but he is metahuman, Frank at peak has feats that can easily match Slade. I do agree with you, Punisher is no doubt the better man, I did mention that with the "experiments" he went through Slade is better since he received the "enhancements" in combat. But that does take away from castles intense actual training. Slade relies on his powers just like Logan does. Frank has no luxury, Frank uses his wits and his trigger finger to do away with "people" superior to him. Ask Blade, Spiderman, Captain America, Logan on multiple occasions, Ghost Rider, Kingpin, Daredevil, the entire US armed forces, and plenty of other people. Punisher is just what Batman is to DC, able to compete with known powerhouses. If Slade didn'y have his "cheap" ability to use 90% of his brain(which makes no sense as 90% would mean he would never forget, photographic memory, have some sort of telepathy, etc.. But all he has is DC's attempt to make him seem "smart" But yet Batman with less brains can out due him? Besides the point FRANK has more skills with a weapon and uses those skills w/o power ups.
