Second, Dr. Strange is just one-upping Mandarin, not countering him. For Mandarin- Vision. So that way ppl don't bring Superman etc.. into it. For Magneto, I'll go with Mystique. She disguises herself as a trusted minion/family member, then uses poison to take him out.
