So that way ppl don't bring Superman etc.. into it. For Magneto, I'll go with Mystique. She disguises herself as a trusted minion/family member, then uses poison to take him out.That doesn't really counter Magneto. The idea is to counter them with a weakness or so. Mr. Fantastic is made of rubber, so chemistry tells us Human Torch is a counter. It is not about one upping someone or over powering them, otherwise I'd pick TOAA everytime.
