How can you have two characters, and then an amalgamation of the two? That is not possible. Not even in fiction is it possible, unless some absurd time-travel is being used, in which case, the two shouldn't be in physical contact with each other anyway. That goes for the rest of the DC team. So yes DC win easily. If you want knowledge on the DC team I'm sure me or someone will be more then happy to give it too you. Seriously though Babidi was a master of mind control and Vegeta resisted. You are right about the intangibility, but can J'onn phase through shields? As for planet busting hits, look up Instant Kamehameha. Oh and so Vegeta's Final Flash wasn't planet busting?
