It was brought up in Cell's arc, Trunks berates Vegeta for using too much energy in his final flash attack, stating it would destroy Earth. He's surprised that Vegeta was able to focus the majority of the energy on Cell alone though and left Earth largely undamaged. There are other questions about "focused" attacks though. I don't remember the comic, but in the cartoon Vegeta's blast is shown to escape the solar system seconds later. Focused or not, something that big, moving that fast should have had a devastating effect on Earth even if it didn't blow up the planet outright but comics are filled with characters who move faster than light, and have heat vision hotter than the sun yet somehow managed not to kill everything in the biosphere when using those powers. Well some writers try and excuse it, the better ones might even make it believable. Point is the Dragon Ball characters powers are farfetched, but not anymore than the other team's. Intangibility could maybe be overcome but Z team doesn't have anyone who could combat Martian Manhunter's telepathy. They have strong wills and faster than human minds, so they probably wouldn't be overtaken immediately, but they'd ultimately lose once he pulled that trick. So he could possibly solo, or just screw the Z team enough for his teammates to dispose of them. Odin power could solo if you don't consider the Dragon Ball movies canon. Gogeta is available, movies are canon for this match and he can hold off the Odin power if Goku and Vegeta manage to fuse. Since we've never seen the limits of Gogeta/Vegito Thor could maybe solo if he had the runes. Sure Vegito punched through an attack Dende feared would ruin the universe but Rune Thor killed a whole bunch of people who fed off the Ragnorok cycle, no contest. Vanilla Thor can't win it alone though. I can't think of anyone else there who could solo the Z team. Batman maybe but the setup says he has no prep time. Just Martian Manhunter and the most powerful version of Marvel's Thor. Well maybe Flash, but for all his wankage the faster Zoom got beat by a blind Wonder Woman. I have trouble seeing Flash not screw up. No I changed my mind, Mr. Satan will win alone. He would see through everyone's fake tricks and just walk up and karate chop them. I was hesitant to add him at first, for fear of over powering thr Z fighters, but I eventually decided to say screw it and just added him. Goku wanted to use a Kamahamaha on Cell from the sky to destroy Cell but couldn't cause it would destroy the planet. So he teleported and did one of lesser power on Cell. Nobody on the DBZ team is gone use a planet busting attack because they won't kill there own friends who are on the planet with them.
