If the answer is No, then the Dragonballs would be useless, because Amazo could simply copy the power of the Dragon. There is no single being that could stop him, simply because he could copy their power. And not only that, he can also copy Intelligence and Skills, as he did with Batman and Green Arrow. Then they lure Amazo over to a big treadmill, and boom, Amazo is forever trapped. Force Echo already beat you there, conceptwise: Ah, my fault. Well, isntead of trying to blow him up with shit, why don't we outsmart him like Luthor did? Trick him to get Juggernauts power of unstoppable movement, and then Goad him into rushing you, then pull a WWH, and watch him sail. Beyond that, Amazo can teleport too, so it won't work either. They eventually beat him by making a machine which made Captain America look like Reed. Gladiator kept swinging at it, but Reed (Cap) remained unharmed because Cap was holding up his shield the whole time. What they could do, is use that machine to make Wolverine look like Luthor. Amazo kills Luthor, (Wolverine) and stops his rampage. But, unbeknownst to Amazo, that was Wolverine, so he can just easily heal. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
kainboa Posted July 30, 2011 Share Posted July 30, 2011 That might work, if they actually had enough time to get the machine, but as it is, there's only a very limited number of people on the marvel team, who can make Amazo pause for more than a second or two, most of the team are just cannon fodder who'll get ripped apart. Guest bigballerju Posted July 30, 2011 Share Posted July 30, 2011 Marvel's best bet is Hulk gets angry when one of his friends or family get hurt which causes him to go World War hulk. Hulk has already done so 1 or 2 times in Incredible Hulks. In addition maybe Skaar with the Old Strong and Thor's god blast together can do major damage to Amazo. The old strong was powerful enough to substain Galactus for years which Silver Surfer said. Edit: I don't think so Methos. The power to create the dragonballs would have to come from a Namek who has the power to do so. Piccolo during Cell was no longer that person I believe. Now the Z Fighters aren't stupid and they wouldn't call the Dragon near Amazo. Even that I am not sure he can copy as that is a entity similar to magic or cosmic level and Amazo can't copy either from what I know. I think you might be partially right, the DCAU version didn't really display the ability to copy intelligence. He did copy skills though(at least he used the Nth Mace that he copied from Hawkgirl in the exact same way as she did, and he was able to fly with the wings he copied from her, with no training.) In a later episode Amazo was virtually powerless against a "chaos magic" powered Grundy(Plot Device 2 > Plot Device 1) so it's possible that the bruisers' magical abilities might be able to prevail.i was thinking the same thing.
