Katrina jumped down from the wall. She eyed the intruders cautiously. "You've no buisness here. Perhaps you should turn back," she stated matter-of-factly. "I would hate for you to have to get hurt."

"Kat, mayvbe I should do the taling, our situation is delicate at best," Katie burned brass and subtlely began to soothe away any offense or anger the Sci-fi deligates might've felt, "I apologize my sister was adopted her social skills were a bit stunted, through no fault of the being that raised her."

"That is correct. We don't have to fight you know. I myself am not a simple Fantasy person. My father is Galen Marek a Jedi on the sci-Fi side, my mother a Mistborn from this world," she desplayed her lightsabeers and performed a few techchniques as well as some weaker Force powers to back up her claims, "I have traveled with the Time Lord known as the Doctor. My sister and I are living proof the two sides can coexist. That city behind you is full of innocent civilians who know nothing of this war. As I said I don't want to fight you but if you attack that city full of civilians I will fight to my last breath, win, loss, or draw." during this entire speech she was using zinc and brass to put her would-be enemies in a more agreeable state, "This war is nothing but piointless bloodshed."

"I was raised by an ancient dragon, true. But I assure you, my logic is quite sound."

Unlike yours, she added mentally, though not aloud. "There will be no treaty, for you are outsiders. You'll find no silver tongued words from me." Katrina raised her black sword higher. "Brisingr," she uttered, crafting a ten foot high wall of flame between them, in the shape of a wide semi circle. The heat was intense. "Ganga." The wall of flame crawled forward, urging the intruders away, though not moving so fast that escape wasn't an option, since the open end of the shape pointed in the direction from which the others had come.

"Go. Leave--Now."

X glanced at his Sci-Fi comrades, not even fazed by the fire. He had burned a hundred times over, if fire was the best they had it wasn't even worth drawing his gun.

OOC: Sorry, was busy.

Katie drug her sister back into Luthadel, clearly boiling mad. She turnrd to Kat, eyes a blazing Sith yellow.

"I can't you could be so stupid Katrina, look around you," she said as they ntered a skka slum and peaked into a hovel, "Theses are the people I was trying to save, the common folk; they don't know what's going on, they're scared and you just put them all in danger. The defenses of this city are as such that they enemy will break through and then we'll have to fight them while trying to aviod harming civilians. You and me Kat, this world is part of us, we're Mistborn, Rakrburtho, mom taught me that that meant being more than a warrior. We're gurdians Kat abd force isn't the only way to protect something." Katie slumped, anger melting away giving way to mental and emotional fatigue.

"I've seen, so much war, so much death. I saw home and my family destroyed by it. I'm tired Kat, tired of ighting, tired of the wasted life bloodshed brings. As a Jedi my main directive is to be a peacemaker and you ruined any chance of peace. I will fight to defend this city to my last breath but I do so with a heavy heart sis. I know this world and thepeople on it mean nothing to you, but they mean a lot to me," she'd been crying for some time now, her eyes reverted to the natural blue, "Innocent people will die because of your actions tonight. I love you Kat but I am disappionted in you. What would Shurikan say if he saw what you did?"

Clarence was silent as the fire rose. He backedals a little bit to make sure he's not in range. As Katie recceded behind the luthadel walls, the Sh'ra gave a low hiss. He looked up and shouted once more.

"If you really wissshh to keep the citizens of thisss city sssafe, gather all your warriors and meet us outside the wallssss, we will make a decissionn there......I cannot make any promises passt thissss." Clarence says an ultimatum, though he only hopes that he'll be taken up on the offer. He wasn't a killer...he didn't plan to be murdering innocent civillians, like his namesake was known for.

Stith shook her head one of her ears twitched, "First they try to sue for peace then they try to barbecue us and you still want to talk with them?" She asked Clarence. "I think it's obvious they want to fight."

The flaming wall would die as Katrina ceased the flow of magic, being dragged away as she was.

There wasn't any way Katie would be able to physically drag Katrina much further than the wall itself, determined not to let any enemy out of her sight. As it was, she folded her arms and heard her sister out. She found it interesting that she had knowledge of words in the ancient language she'd never said herself, but she kept the thoughts to herself for now. "You don't know me as well as I thought. Don't you remember last time I was here? I let a slum burn--for a greater good, but I let it burn nonetheless. You are right about one thing," she said, looking Katie in the eye. At that very moment, for an instant, Katrina's body began to shimmer, like the ripples of a stone cast into a lake. Just as quickly, it stabilized.

"You are correct in that I have little regard for the people here. And why should I?" she scoffed. "They're humans. Never forget that I am a vampire--I live for blood. As for Shruikan... dragons are ferocious. They live for battle. Perhaps he would assist me, perhaps not. I shall have to remember to retrieve his Eldunari from Nosgoth at some point."

Katrina turned and left, a self-satisfied strut as she made her way toward the spot where Katie had dragged her from. She caught Stith's last words. "Aye, maybe I do love battle, but you are still intruders, no? All I ask is that you leave."

"Yesss, it appears to be so however we can at least kill each other in a civilized way, no need for a siege." Clarence replies, his large claw near a holster.

Katrina paused. "This is hardly the time and place. If it makes you feel any better, I do care what happens to you. I care a great deal. But humans are a vicious lot... at least, collectively."

"We may not get another chance Kat. I care about you a lot, maybe more than I should, maybe not even in the way I should. However I am frustrated because you undermined so blantantly. If we don't make it out of this I don't want us to die with a rift between us." Katie's thoughts turned back to the peck she'd given Kat earlier.

"What the hell are we going to do if we A, can't drive them off, B, can't fight them, and C, perhaps not defend any or all of the gates?" Ripred muttered to himself, frowning.

"My sentiments exactly," Katrina agreed somberly.

"I will not lose," Katrina stated. "Vel eïnradhin iet ai älfa-kona, I will not fail." Speaking in the ancient language meant she spoke with absolute certainty, despite not knowing the capabilities of her technologically superior adversaries. "I apologize for undermining you, but not for anything else. Make no mistake, I harbor no ill will toward you. If we die, I shall be content with our final moments. Now please, we can discuss this later," she urged in a low voice. "After we deal with them." She motioned toward the sci fi crowd. Aiming her voice at them, she said loudly,

"What will your choice be? Will you leave this city alone, or fight us for it?" She spoke of the city not as if it were a collection of human beings, but as if it were a possesion of sorts.

"Kat, at this point I feel the need to pint out that they have a powerful army and probably won't be scared of by the tree of us."

"Why would you give away our numbers?!?" Mentally, she crossed off one of her stategies.

"Now we're even Kat. Besides our numbers are rather obvious. Unless you think they can't count."

"No, we are not even." Katrina said, sighing. "Two mistakes do not cancel each other, they simply make the problem worse. If you insist upon helping them, you might as well stand over there," She said, pointing to the enemy. "The fact that there is a wall behind us, and an entire city, meant we could have..." She stopped talking. It was pointless to talk to her sister when she was acting this way. Ignoring her condescension and ignorance completely, she waited for an answer from the sci fi-ers.

"Aye, there are three of us, but have no doubt--I will fight like an army if need be."

Katrina ignored the comment, despite being able to hear him. "Should I interpret your refusal to leave as a desire to fight? Again, I only seek your depature from this city. There is nothing for you here."
