Goku's martial Arts skill is far more than Batman's too. no prep and all that power I have no idea. No conceavable idea how Batman could win. Utility belt...let's see fire and edged weapons seem to do the best against Goku but good luck hitting him with anything and it's not like Batman could avoid Goku's attacks. nope. Goku wins.
