Darkman MAY have a strength edge (his adrenaline is always flowing) and some durability going on, but he's still just a big scientist without much training. Rorschach has a few decades under his belt and has the anonymity going for him to where Westlake here won't be able to hit him with misdirection like he did to Durant's organizatio.
