Match 11134 Ash Ketchum vs. Zatch Bell & Kiyo Takamine

[The Blue Flame]

We see a large battle field made of earth alike like a Pokemon battle field for a gym but it’s twice as big. The scene turns from the field, and we see there is a large group of people looking down at it. Then the screen yet again changes to the field were lights are shinning down on the field, and a young man steps into the frame of the screen. He has brown hair, green eyes, a large nose, and he looks like he can’t weigh more than 120 pounds. His wearing a blue suit, with a purple bowtie, and in his suit jacket’s pocket is a blue rose.

 

“Hello welcome to anime dream battles!” The young man in the suit says and the crowd goes wild with cheers. “Hosted by yours truly, Cody Lively, better known on Electric Ferret as the Blue Flame!”

 

The Blue Flame smiles, “I’m here tonight to bring to you all here in the studio, and all the fans reading at home on Electric Ferret the dream anime battle of a life time!”

 

Again the crowd goes wild.

 

“They been part of our life’s for over 10 years! First we have the team of Ash Ketchum and Pikachu!” The host says.

 

Ash and Pikachu comes from behind a curtain, and the crowd begins to chat, “PIKCHAU, PIKCHAU, PIKCHUA!!” Pikachu jumps up and down on Ash’s shoulder weaving to the crowd.

 

Cody walks over to Ash, “How does It feel to be here Ash?”

 

“It feels great blue flame, I’m excited to prove how far me and Pikachu have come since we started together over 10 years ago.”

 

“Why are you still 10 then?” The host asks, “You should be 20 or something by now…”

 

“I don’t know…” Ash says confused.

 

“Oh yeah it’s a anime duh,” Blue flame says.

 

“Huh?”

 

“It doesn’t matter because your not real and I am.” Says Cody.

 

Before Ash can speak again he gets cut off, “Now it’s time for team two! Kiyo Takamine and his Mamodo partner Zatch Bell!!!!!”

 

“A KIND KING, A KIND KING, A KIND KING!!!” The crowd chants Zatch’s dream to become king of the demon world, and be a kind king. Kiyo comes out with the spell book in his right hand, and Zatch by his side.

 

The host walks over to Zatch and Kiyo.

“What’s with the bowtie?” Kiyo asks.

 

“What!?” Blue Flame says. “Bowties are cool!!! Duh the Doctor say’s it so it must be true!”

 

“The Doctor?” Kiyo says confused, “Doctor Who?”

 

“I can’t believe I just wrote that joke into my setup.” The host says.

 

“Setup?” Zatch asks now.

 

“Oh nothing I was just breaking the fourth wall don’t worry about it.”

 

“Your weird…” Kiyo says taken back by this strange man.

 

“Thank you I know, now please take your place with Zatch, and we can get this battle under way!”

 

Kiyo and Zatch take there place on there side of the battle field. Ash and Pikachu do the same on their side.

 

“The rules are simple, to win you must knock your opponent out, or and in Ash’s and Pikachu’s case burn Zatch Bell’s spell book which Kiyo is holding.”

 

Kiyo looks angered by this, “This is just a game show! Not a real fight!”

 

“No, there is where you are wrong, this is a CBUB BATTLE to the finish!” Blue Flame says. “Zatch and Kiyo are limited to there first four spell’s. Which shall be listed for the readers. Ash and Pikachu have four attack moves for them to use. Zatch might be more powerful but Pikachu is like level 100 at this point so I wouldn‘t be sure!”

 

The crowd goes wild with cheers awaiting the dream anime battle.

 

“Don’t forget to vote, comment, and rate me good readers!” The Blue Flame says breaking the fourth wall again.

Zakeru: Zatch shoots a powerful lightning from his mouth, strong enough to blast through stones like brick. One zap can bring people down. This is his most basic attack spell, and was his most used spell until he developed further his abilities.

 

Rashirudo: Creates a giant wall that protects Zatch and Kiyo. It can reflect attacks back at the enemy, with some lightning added to it; if Kiyo reads the spell again, should it already be in effect, the existing Rashield doubles in size.

 

Jikerudo: Creates a slow moving sphere that magnetizes the opponent to any metallic object(s). It's not frequently used because it requires metallic objects to be nearby, but when this condition is fulfilled, this spell provides Zatch and Kiyo a considerable advantage, especially during the Maestro filler arc in the anime.First used in chapter 20.

 

Rauzaruku: A rainbow-colored lightning bolt strikes Zatch and amplifies all of Zatch's physical abilities for a certain time period. This is one of the only spells that allows Zatch to remain conscious, which makes it a valuable tactical power; however, other spells cannot be used in its duration.

Keep in mind Kiyo is smarter and a better strategic than Ash. However I feel Ash is underrate with his smarts with battling.

None really it's a earth field, however the lights above the battle field are held up by metal.

Nice set-up, an "It's Good" from me. I think Team 2's versatility, as well as Kiyo's intelligence, will win them the fight. The Rashirudo in particular will be a big help.

Neither team really has an advantage as far as being able to work together as a team goes. While Zatch is stronger (physically), faster (running speed), and more durable, Pikachu is more agile and his ability to battle through pain pretty much evens outs Zatch's durability.

 

This will be a long battle, with both sides taking a lot of damage. But Zatch has shown on multiple occasions that as long as his book is unharmed he can and will keep fighting. I see this ending with both fighters weakened to their breaking point, and Kiyo will have Zatch get in close (possibly with Rauzaruku) and hold him (until the spell wears off) then use Jikerudo to try and make Pikachu into a magnet and stick him to the lights.

 

But what Kiyo doesn't know about are Ash's pokeballs, which I believe are metal, so they'd get attracted to Pikachu. And since Ash carries Pikachu's pokeball, it will hit him cause him to return. If this happens when Pikachu is weakened, then he'll be unable to break free and will lose... by, uh, ring out?

 

So in the end I give to Zatch and Kiyo on the grounds of, intelligence, versatility, strength, and luck.

Zatch Faster running even When Pikachu is using Quick Attack? Keep in mind Pikachu very fast to begin without Quick Attack.

 

Also keep in mind the Pikachu is Resistant to lightning/electric attacks, even if that doesn't change your mind the out come of the fight.

 

The only way to win is knock out or/and in team Pokemon's case burn Zatch's book. Which the host said and Ash could hear. So no ring out lol.

Yes, if Zatch and Pikachu were to race Zatch would win.

 

Resistant, sure. Immune? No. Electrical attacks can hurt him, as has been shown on many occasions.

 

If he's trapped in the ball with it magnetized to him, he's completely disabled... that should count.
