Read Galactus the Devourer. The Surfer and Fantastic Four need Galactus alive or Abraxas destroys numerous realities.

 

So both teams need him alve. Corps wins because if Galactus dies Richards uses the Ultimate Nullifier to reset reality, reviving Galactus.

 

Hate to say it, but the premise is flawed for this fight.
