Match 11178 Armus (Star Trek: TNG) vs. Emperor Palpatine

The Powerful Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Sidious has felt a disturdance within the force. It was an dark and very enraged presents of something he had never sensed before. this was enough to get him curious to go himself with his pupil and apprientice Darth Maul aboard a intergalactic transport and go into space towards another system in another galaxy and fly to a very desolate planet named Vagra II.

 

Shortly after the transport landed Darth Sidious ordered his personnel guards to stay. Then he talked to Darth Maul.

 

Sidious:"Lord Maul!" "Can you feel it?" "The Anger, The Hatrid, and more!"

 

Maul:"I do my master." "But what does it all mean?" "And where is it coming from?"

 

Sidious:"I intend to fine out." "Now be Mindful!" "I shall go and confront this thing myself!" "I'll leave communications open just in case!"

 

Maul:"Yes my master!"

 

And so Darth Sidious exits the transport and walks across the desolate surface of Vagra II and moments later the dark lord come across and discovers an animated pool of a tar-like substance.

 

Sidious:"I am Darth Sidious, the dark lord of the Sith!" "I know you are close so reveil yourself to me!"

 

Then suddenly from the tar a dark figure emerged up into near humanoid form.

 

Armus:"Very Good Old Man!" "I am called Armus, a enity manifestation of evil from the bodies of an ancient race, abandoned here on Vagra II!" "State your purpose for coming here!"

 

Sidious:"I've come to seek you out and feel your over intoxicating anger!"

 

Armus:"I feel you!" "Stop it!" "STOP IT!" "NOW!"

 

And so Armus hurls Darth Sidious back with a psychokinetic blast and Darth Sidious was only litely fazed by the blow.

 

Sidious:"So you dare to attack me!" "Very well prepare to know the full power of the darkside of the force!!!!!!!!"

 

Armus:"Hit me with your best shot, Old Man!"

 

And then Darth Sidious shot out a powerful stream of Sith-Lightning at Armus.

 

The Battle was on!

Charges for molesting?

 

Interesting scenario, quite unquie, I'm not sure how palpatine can beat it, from what I've seen its basically immortal, and in regards to pyschic powers, is more cruel and effective than palapatine was in the movies. Yes they can trade blows but Armus only needs to pull Sidious into it's 'blackness', vanish his lightsaber, or strike him with a more superior form of energy strike. (The one that killed tasha just appered in fronnt of her, not even a projectile or anthing) I'm doubtful sith lighting could hurt it. Is sith lighting more powerful then a phaser? I can't see it myself, maybe both near on the same level but Armus was unfazed by two phaser attacks.

 

Rewatching it on youtube and Armus is beyond palpatine, save mind games. Thing is with Armus is he wasn''t really beaten, only on a moral point by Picard. In terms of battle (as this setup has done) palpatine is a fool to do so and the only way he'll win if he ordered planetry bombardment.

 

To quote crusher 'the thing just sucked the life out of her (tasha)' which raises a question could Armus be able to suck the life out of Midi-chlorians that must inhabit someone like sidious?
