Since the beginning of the world Heaven and Hell have been at war. Since the beginning of the war, evil has spread throughout the Earth. While Lucifer and his demons are spread darkness throughout the Earth, there are other forces that walk upon the Earth. There are spirits as dark as demons and creatures as brutal as Lucifer himself. In ancient times, monsters roamed the Earth. Lycans, witches, and other dark creatures of myth caused terror among the innocent.

 

It was not until the middleages when vampires first started to roam the Earth. Legend tells us about a rich dark prince in Transylvania called Dracula. He was said to be the first and most powerful of all vampires but this is not true. While vampires have spread throughout the world, the true origin of these blood thirsty monsters begins within Mystic Falls.

 

A simply family that became known as the Originals came about. I will not go into full detail about these Original vampires but I will say that the most powerful and most evil one was known as Klaus. Klaus was different from his brothers and sister. He was not the son of his father but the son of one of the werewolves in his village. He was a hybrid within the Mikaelson family. He was believed to upset the balance of nature and for that a curse was placed upon him. A curse that allowed for only his vampire side to come out while his werewolf side lay dormant until the curse would be lifted.

 

Thousands of Years Later….

 

2008

 

Pontiac, Illinois

 

After have a nice meal with his wife and daughter, Jimmy sat in front of the television. He knew his wife was frustrated with him after everything that they had argued about. He did his best to assure her that everything was alright and that God had a plan for him. He did his best to convince her to have Faith but that was something she just could not do, especially with something that sounded so insane. He told an Angel of the Lord was talking to him and asking him. His wife did not believe him. As the arguments continued with his wife, Amelia, they started growing farther apart, but each time he somehow grew closer with this Angel.

 

One night, another argument occurred but this one was different. She told him that if he did not get help, she would leave with their daughter. Jimmy stayed quiet and she walked out of the room. As Jimmy started pacing around his room, he got dressed and put a trench coat on. He walked outside and started yelling at the Heavens above. He started yelling for Castiel’s help. Castiel offered his help by saying that it was time for him to take his vessel but Jimmy had to give his consent. Jimmy glanced back at his house and then said “yes.â€

 

A Heavenly light shined throughout the night sky as Castiel took his vessel. A young child like voice called out from behind, “Daddy?†Castiel glanced back and saw Jimmy’s daughter, Claire. “I am not your father.†Castiel replied in a powerful voice that Claire had never heard before. Castiel vanished into thin air as Claire gazed out into the night.

 

2012

 

Since Castiel’s arrival on Earth, war had come and gone. Lucifer had walked the Earth and brought the Apocalypse along with him but he, along with the Winchesters helped avert it. Now another war was occurring. It was a war between the Archangel, Raphael, and himself. Over a year ago, the King of Hell, Crowley, came to him. Crowley offered him a partnership that would be a solution in defeating the Archangel. At first Castiel was hesitant but then he started thinking about accepting this partnership. After a while he realized that Dean would never go through with this.

 

Before the Lucifer was set free, Castiel told Dean that he did not know what was right and wrong anymore, but his friendship with Dean helped him realize that this deal would only bring blood upon the world. There had to be another way. Crowley did his own thing, while Castiel continued to search for a way to fight Raphael and also get Sam’s soul back for good. His search had led him to Balthazar, who was long though dead.

 

Before his “deathâ€, Balthazar had taken several weapons from Heaven’s armory and hid on Earth. He thought he was well hidden but Castiel found him. He asked him for help but Balthazar was hesitant at first until Raphael came. Castiel and Balthazar were able to destroy Raphael’s vessel but the war was far from over. Balthazar took Castiel to the place he had hidden all of Heaven’s weapons.

 

Mystic Falls

 

Sitting in his mansion, Klaus gazed at a bloodied up Damon. His sickening smile reflected off the eyes of the century old vampire as he glanced down over the mutilated body of his brother Stefan.

 

“Oh I really enjoyed the games but I think I am done with you two.†Klaus said with that same smile.

 

“Go to hell.†Damon replied with what little strength he had left.

 

Klaus circled around him and started laughing. He picked up the century old vampire and threw him through one of the walls of the mansion. Damon tried to get up but he was far too weak. He started crawling toward his brother’s body but Klaus appeared behind him. He impaled him through the stomach with a pipe. Damon cried out in pain as Klaus started to laugh once again.

 

“Because of you and your little brother, I am not going to hell. I am going to live forever with my new family.†Klaus said as he grabbed Damon and put him on a hook.

 

Pain rushed through Damon’s broken body as Klaus had reached out for a wooden stake. He gazed into Damon’s eyes and smiled once again.

 

“Is there anything you want to say?†Klaus asked in a sarcastic voice.

 

“You are going to die!†Damon said with his last bout of strength.

 

“Tell your brother I said hello.†Klaus said as he impaled Damon through the chest.

 

Damon’s life faded away as Klaus turned around and started walking toward the other room. As went inside, he saw Elena tied up on the bed. He smiled at the thought that he had finally ridden himself of the Salvatore brothers but he did not know that he was in for something else entirely. He felt a presence within the room. He turned around and saw man in a dark suit.

 

“Who the hell are you?†Klaus asked as he steered at this man.

 

“Oh I am simply a man here to make a deal.†The man said with a hellish smile.

 

“I have everything I want right here.†Klaus said with a smile as he turned toward Elena.

 

Elena was gone without a trace and Klaus quickly turned back toward the man with large open eyes.

 

“What are you?†Klaus asked in anger.

 

“King of Hell….. The names Crowley and I am here to make a deal with you.†Crowley replied with that same smile.

 

“And what would that be?†Klaus asked.

 

“You get back your little Barbie doll and I get a couple of your oldest contacts along with a couple rusty old weapons.†Crowley said with a smile.

 

“What kind of weapons?†Klaus asked as he started walking closer toward the demon.

 

“I know what you want to do and I assure you that you cannot kill me. So you better check yourself before you wreck yourself.†Crowley said with a childish smiled as he sat down in a chair.

 

Klaus started backing away and started walking toward a table with a bottle of Scotch. The Hybrid started pouring himself a drink and lifted a glass toward the powerful demon. “Where are my manners?†Klaus asked with a crooked smile. “Do you want one?â€

 

“I don’t drink on business deals.†Crowley replied.

 

“What are the weapons?†Klaus asked once again.

 

“Oh just a couple odds and ends from Upstairs. Nothing you need to worry about. I know where they are and lucky for you they are in this little slapstick town.†Crowley replied.

 

“Then why don’t you just go get them yourself?†Klaus asked as he took a sip of Scotch.

 

“The things that have them locked the door on me but for something you, you can go right in without any problems.†Crowley replied.

 

“What about these contacts?†Klaus asked.

 

“That is for something for authorized personnel only and……. Sad to say…. You are not authorized personnel…†Crowley said.

 

“I’ll get you your weapons but I better get back the girl.†Klaus said as he finished off the glass of Scotch.

 

“Don’t worry, I always keep my side of the deals.†Crowley replied.

 

Balthazar’s Mansion

 

As the two Angels arrived at Balthazar’s mansion in Mystic Falls to retrieve the weapons of Heaven, they felt a presence that upset the very balance of nature. Castiel could not sense this presence but he could not find it. Balthazar started walking toward the vault he kept the weapons but something knocked him through a wall. Castiel turned around to face the attack. Before Balthazar could get up, he was kicked outside the mansion.

 

“What are you?†Castiel asked as he saw the attacker’s face more clearly.

 

The man circled around the Angel with a smirk on his face.

 

“I am a nightmare.†Klaus replied as he started walking closer toward Castiel.

I hope you all enjoy. It isn't one of my best but I really wanted to use one of my favorite characters again and also use a character that is unused. Once again enjoy and comment.

 

Also I changed up the story a little bit. This is kind of a what if Castiel never partnered up with Crowley and how far Crowley would go to ensure that partnership would happen.
