It was a mountainous range, in the Himalayas. Much of the team scoffed at the idea of not using the stealth mode, but Heatwave insisted that they not use it. “You gotta wonder why nobody's shot us down yet.†Impact complained. “Whatever we're headed for, this ain't the way to do it.†That was the sentiment of Stryker. “The alien technology we detected can't fall into the hands of Cyberdata or anybody like Cyberdata.†said Heatwave. “They've done enough damage with that kind of stuff already. I told you guys. If they see us coming they'll think we're too dumb to be able to sneak in. They'll get cocky and figure us to be easy pick offs. But we're Cyberforce. We've got more than enough to take whoever's down there.†Velocity slumped in her seat. “And watch it be the Justice League or somebody.†He was sure she wasn't supposed to hear that but Heatwave didn't scorn her. Instead he replied confidently. “If it's the Justice League then we won't even have to fight.†“Not if they want the tech and we need it.†Stryker retorted. “We'll worry about what we run into when we run into it.†said Heatwave, a little annoyed now. “I don't know what they taught you in the SEALS, Heatwave, but this is no way to run an op.†Smiling a bit Heatwave lost the bit in his voice. “Trust me. It will be fine.†As Cyberforce's jet was coming in for a landing, Waspanator reported to Megatron. “Human's are coming!†His buzzing voice gave his speech pattern a comical annoyance. “Don't panic.†Megatron grumbled. “We expected this. Yesss. If this group detected our presence, then they are interested in technology. We'll capture them and use them to further our plans.†He activated his communicator. “All Predacons, take your positions!†*** The the jet landed with a soft bump and Cyberforce exited with caution. “Huh,†Styker looked around. “No welcoming party.†“Let's spread out.†Heatwave ordered. “Report in when you find something.†Not understanding his logic, Cyberforce followed Heatwave's orders. They still respected him as the leader, after all. Only a few minutes into the search, reports started coming in. At first, some of the team said that they had spotted hostiles. Then others claimed that they were being ambushed. In less than fifteen seconds, the whole of Cyberforce was separated and under siege. The had no idea who their enemies were but they were obviously, not out to share what they had found. This is not what Heatwave was told to expect. Once they got out of this, the people who sent them on this mission were going to answer some tough questions.______________________________________________________________________________ So Cyberforce is separated in the mountains of the Himalayas. The Predacons are ambushing them and are out to capture as many as they can. Killing any that prove too difficult is okay. Cyberforce members are- Heatwave, Stryker, Velocity, Impact, Ballistic, Cyblade and Ripclaw The Preadcons present are- Megatron (season 1 format), Scorponok, Waspanator, Inferno, Quickstrike, Tearrasaur, Rampage, Blackarachnia (season 1 format), Taratulus (season 1 format). (I promise I'll get Megatron into his transmetal mode in this story.) Vote for Cyberforce if you think at least some of them can escape capture (or if you think they can just plain beat the Predacons).
