(-Large In Charge-) Posted April 10, 2012 Share Posted April 10, 2012 This match takes place during both the MK Armageddon Era and also during Taven Personnel Quest, now in the icy mountains going to his Mother's temple in Earth Realm. The Temple of Delia. The match starts as seen in the game, the Edenian Demi-god, Taven appears after the short conversation with his dragon friend, Orin teleported Taven to the north, where he would find his mother's gift for him. He was taken to the frozen lands of Arctika, a land occupied by the Tengu, the Red Raven Snow Ninja clan faction and the Lin Kuei. In there he met the Tengu leader, Wu Lae, who told him that the Lin Kuei, lived in a temple nearby. Certain that Wu Lae was speaking of his mother's temple, Taven decided to head for the temple. While heading for the temple, Taven was confronted by his half-brother, Rain, who wished to kill Taven and Daegon and take the prize of the contest for himself. Taven eventually defeated Rain, who escaped through a watery portal. Arriving at the temple Taven was immediately attacked by Lin Kuei warriors perceiving him as an intruder. During his explorations inside, Taven encountered the tomb where Frost's body was lain. He shattered the ice containing Frost and she unexpectedly came back to life. Delirious, Frost attacked Taven, thinking he was Sub-Zero, but she soon realized her mistake. Taven’s final blow knocked Frost from her delirium. "You are not the one I seek", she muttered with embarrassment as she fled the chamber. Taven eventually encountered Sub-Zero himself, who told him he was trespassing and also attacked him. After a quick brawl, Sub-Zero recognized the mark on Taven's face to be similar to a carving on an unopened door that was in the temple. Taven explained that it contained something left for him. Opening the door using his hand as a key, he took and donned the new armor inside. After placing on his new armour Taven and Sub-Zero talk briefly because the temple came under attack above and outside of the temple from an air warship, not a Tekunin-based air warship. It was someone else, Armored Red Shocktroopers reigned down from the ship above and started attacking the Lin Kuei Ninjas. Sub-Zero lead the Counter attack and Taven joined them. Then suddenly two tendril line bored through the snow heading towards Taven. They came from Omega Red. Taven leaped up and did his super ground punch attack and cleared away for him to reach Omega Red. Taven only has two of the four gifts in this match too, the fire ball and ground smash! Taven lands a few feet away from Omega Red. Taven:"Who are you?" "And why are you hunting me?" Omega Red:"I am called "Omega Red", and I was revived to capture you and take you prisoner for the Red Dragon Clan. Taven:"But why, I don't any harm I did to your clan?"
