I wish there was more of a set-up but it's better than no set-up at all. I go with Lucifer because he is Lucifer. Eve may be older and can take away his power, I don't know because we only saw he take away Castiel's power but he was no where near Lucifer's level. Still, Lucifer is pretty smart. He, more than likely, knows Eve's weakness and can probably get a stash of it to kill her with. As for the greys, they may have an advantage technology wise but even the most advanced technology will not be able to defeat Lucifer and his demons

Honestly, I think Eve (representing humanity). For all his arrogant superiority, Lucifer has never actually destroyed mankind as much as he has the power to. People are their own worst enemy even without supernatural influnce. The Greys are beaten back too, because humanity is capable of whatever technology is possible. And every time some aliens try to destroy Earth or whatever, they lose (mostly because of dumb luck or some stupid flaw in the plan) but they lose never the less. I vote for Eve.
