David Banner has been arrested by the police and has been taken to the courtroom to be trialed. his defense attorney was supposed to be Matt murdock (AKA Daredevil), but instead it's Jen Walters (AKA She-Hulk). She-Hulk: Alright, what have you done now Bruce? Wait, you're not Bruce! David Banner: So, you're my defence attorney, eh? Why are you green? She-Hulk: I'm She-Hulk, and who are you? David Banner: She-Hulk? I'm Dr. David Banner. (Hmm, she might have a cure for my condition! If only I could get a sample of her blood...) Suddenly, David leaps over to She-Hulk. She-Hulk, thinking that he's attacking her, pushes him away. But because of her monsterous strength, she accidently pushes him into the witness stand. David lies on the floor, his head seriously injured. He starts to get angry, so turns into the Incredible Hulk! Hulk: Raargh! She-Hulk: This can be a coincidence! I mean you're name is Banner and you can turn into the Hulk! I've got to get to the bottom of this after I pummel you! Both of the big green behemoths charge at eachother and the fight begins!
