“Nothing interesting ever happens here...†Naota stared at the burning remains of the city he had once known as Mabase as he clung once again to the back of his alien savior, watching as the city slowly shrunk into the distance, a large, gray cloud of smoke spreading over the remnants like the massive fire that created it. He still couldn’t believe that all of this was happening. He had just gotten his life on track from his encounter with Haruko, and now, it seemed that nothing would ever be the same. The madness was spreading, and there was nothing he could do to stop it.

Thump

Naota grasped his throbbing head instantly as a flash of red light escaped from his eyes. Glancing back at her passenger, Haruko saw Naota clutching his skull, a look of sheer pain on his face. She pulled over.

“You need to stay here, Naota.†She informed, gentle placing him on the ground. “I’ll get to the bottom of this.†She threw him one of her basses and drove off, leaving the boy alone.

“Almost there…†She drove as fast her Vespa would go, slowly approaching her destination, the Medical Machina building. She didn’t know what was happening, but she knew that there was a great power behind it. A power that she wanted. And it all started at the Medical Machina building. She jumped off her scooter, allowing it to crash a hole into the overturned remains of the building. Grabbing her bass, she entered the building.

Somewhere in Nevada...

A large group of agents gathered around a small room in the top of a large tower in the middle of nowhere, with nothing for miles around. Each of the agents, under orders from their commander, are equipped with firearms, mostly pistols with the occasional soldier holding a submachine gun, and two large, MAG agents, spikes running through their heads, each holding shotguns and standing at attention in the back of the room, while the 30 other agents crowded around the middle. They stood in silence, awaiting further orders from their boss. Moments later, the Auditor stepped into the room, his bright red, fiery eyes surveying the group of soldiers that had gathered into the room, and pushed his way into the middle. Reaching his hands up, he sent flames shooting from his hands, engulfing the center of the room, and shot red lasers out of his eyes in the middle of the fire, causing a huge explosion and a bright, red flash throughout the room. After the smoke from the explosion cleared, a portal forms in the middle of the room, showing the inside of what looks like a factory. The Auditor pointed into the portal, and the soldiers reluctantly entered the room.

“What happened?†A voice called over Lieutenant Kitsurubami’s radio. The young, dark-skinned soldier sat completely still, surrounded by 4 other agents, all looking through the scopes of sniper rifles from several hundred feet away into the mysterious portal that had appeared within the factory. Surrounding the portal were about 50 agents, all armed with pistols, and the 5 snipers, led be Kitsurubami. She watched in awe as the strange, gray bodies stormed through the portal, one by one. They resembled humans, each standing exactly 5’ 6’’, and most wore suits and red sunglasses, but their bodies seemed odd and misshapen, the heads disproportionately large, and they lacked arms, but somehow managed to control hands, each of which was armed with a firearm of some kind.

“We have movement, commander!†Her voice boomed over the microphone as she looked away from the portal after several minutes of examining the invaders. “They’re certainly not human, but I’ve never seen anything like them before. They’re gray, and they have big heads and no arms, but they have hands, and their armed...†Realizing how insane she must have sounded, she capped off the description with “You should come and see them for yourself.â€

As the last of the agents stepped through, they looked around the room, examining their enemies. The men obviously outnumbered them, but with the two MAG agents, they could probably take them in a straight up fight. They all took aim slowly, being careful to hit the humans in the head, to which the soldiers responded by raising their weapons to meet their opponents’ stance. For a moment, the two armies stood completely still, staring each other down, but the stillness was broken by the abrupt, synchronized shots that all the agents gave at the same time. The bullets traveled like a large wave, easily ripping through the flimsy clothing and skin of the human opponents. Within the first seconds of the battle, the agents had easily killed enough humans to even out the numbers.

“Return fire!†Kitsurubami ordered over the radio, and all the troops obliged. The five snipers each immediately dropped an agent, most of them hitting right between the non-existent eyes, while the remaining soldiers in the room with the portal tried in vain to take down any of the agents. The remaining 30 soldiers only managed to kill 10 agents before being overwhelmed, each of them being violently shot several times. The remaining agents charged at the snipers, who had taken out 5 more agents with another wave of shots. The approaching soldiers shot wildly at the snipers, managing to hit the sniper next to Kitsurubami through the eye, the lifeless body falling over the rifle.

“Focus on the giant ones!†She ordered the 3 other snipers, although by now the units were closing the gap too fast for their rifles to be practical. The perfect unison they had started with had been lost in the panic and chaos of the quick but brutal battle. As a shotgun blast from an MAG agent released a wave of bullets through one of the snipers, Kitsurubami flew up and pulled out her back-up pistol, managing to pick off one of the approaching agents as she and the two remaining snipers ran from the charging enemies. The agents all stopped walking and took aim, shooting again in unison and hitting one of the snipers, throwing several bullets through the body.

“Commander, they killed all the soldiers...†Kitsurubami informed through the radio between breaths, turning once to shoot unsuccessfully at the crowd. “I’m sorry...†She turned to the wave of enemies and threw down her gun, signifying her surrender. The agents picked off the last sniper, shooting him through the chest, and approached her, recognizing her as the enemy leader. She tried to be strong, but the agents were brutal, mercilessly killing all of her men, and she couldn’t help but release a tear as the enemies approached. She didn’t even look up as she felt a gun being pressed against her head. Her body tensed up as she anticipated the bullet. She heard the gunshot that she thought would end her life, but felt nothing. The confused girl looked up to see the agent holding his bleeding chest before falling over. The new face that greeted her was a thick mask, with bright red goggles and tight wrappings all around the face. The figure seemed to examine her for a moment before walking past the defenseless girl. She got up to follow the creature, but was amazed to see that all of the agents in the room, even the MAG agents, had been rather brutally killed by this new figure. She considered staying away from the creature, but seeing another wave of agents jumping through the portal convinced her to leave.

The Auditor looked furiously into the portal, amazed the Hank had managed to get through without him knowing. The fire that made up his body intensified, as he got angrier at the deaths of his agents. He ordered 50 more agents to go into the portal and stormed out of the room. A moment later, he returned into the room, still furious, holding the horribly mangled body of Tricky the Clown. He focused his power and restored the clown’s improbability drive, instantly bringing the clown back to life. The clown twitched erratically as the Auditor forced the portal open and threw him in.

On the other side of the portal, the clown stayed on the ground for a moment, slowly opening and closing its hands. He held out his open palm and commanded his signature traffic sign to appear from the ground. Gripping it tightly, he pulled himself up, only to meet face to face with a human. The man had large, thick eyebrows that looked like they couldn’t possibly be real that didn’t even match the color of his short, red hair. He wore a formal looking suit and held a set of pistols at Tricky, one in each hand.

“Stop right there!†The man commanded as Tricky pulled roughly on the sign, plucking it from the ground and lifting it into the air. “Commander Amarao with the Bureau of Interstellar Immigration. I’m ordering you and the rest of your group to leave this planet imme-†The commanders words were interrupted when the clown lunged at him, pointing the sign at him. The commander managed to duck under the weapon, only to be struck viciously in the face with Tricky’s fist. Stumbling backwards, the commander dropped one of his pistols, placed both hands on the other, and steadied the gun, taking several shots at the clown. The first few shots were deflected by Tricky’s metal mask, but the rest managed to knock it down. For good measure, Amarao walked over to the body and shot it again, satisfied that the creature was dead.

“Commander!†Kitsurubami gleefully exclaimed upon seeing her commander. She considered hugging him, but for some reason, the idea of getting close to him was discomforting, so she instead extended her open palm, which he slowly shook, before taking notice of the creature behind her. He extended his gun out, but Kitsurubami pushed it back down gently.

“I think we can trust this one...†She informed him, “He saved me from those things earlier.â€

“Why?†He questioned, “What does it want?†Recognizing the question, the creature held out a picture of a young boy. Kitsurubami was confused, but Amarao knew exactly who he was.

“Naota Nadaba?†He recalled, “Of course... This all makes since.†He turned around and started walking quickly, almost in a jog, and Hank followed. Kitsurubami had to walk as fast as she could to keep up with them, going as far as breaking into a short jog every few steps to avoid being left behind.

“What’s the problem, commander?†Kitsurubami asked as she jogged beside him. She had known the childish commander for a while, but she had never seen him like this.

“You understand N.O. energy, right?†Amarao asked, still looking straight forward, to which Kitsurubami shook her head. “Basically, it’s used to teleport objects across space. Some people are born with N.O. capabilities, and Naota was one of them. He had more energy than we had ever seen. We were running some tests, when something went wrong.†The three approached a locked room, which Amarao opened in a matter of seconds, letting them in and closing the door behind them. Inside the room, the young child was hooked up to various machines, each of which seemed to be extracting energy from his body. Amarao walked over to let the boy out, but was stopped by a sudden knock at the door. He instantly pulled out his pistols and pointed them at the door.

“Who are you?†He demanded, but to no avail. With another powerful knock, the door flew from its hinges, hitting the wall on the far side of the room. In the doorway stood Tricky, blood trickling down his face.

“You!†The words seemed to glitch into reality itself, burning into Amarao’s eyes. He dropped his guns, holding his hands over his eyes and crouching over.

Thump

The noise seemed to come from everywhere around him, completely surrounding him. He fell to his knees, moving his hands over his ears to try to block out the sound, but it did nothing. The sound wasn’t coming from something outside, and he knew this. It was coming from inside his head. He didn’t know how, but the clown had gotten inside of his head through the N.O. energy, shutting his mind down.

Tricky threw his stop sign across the room, impaling Amarao through the chest, pinning his body to the wall next to the door. His arms weakly reached up, grabbing the object, but he didn’t have the strength to move it.

“I always knew you were useless.†A voice called from the other side of the room. The clown began to turn around, but what hit on the head with a base guitar, sending it crashing to the floor. Amarao’s vision was going blurry, but he would recognize that voice anywhere.

“Haruko Haruhara...†He barely managed to get out. The pink-haired woman stood in the door, smirking. “You need to get him out of here...†He nodded his head towards Naota, and Haruko nodded in understanding. She walked over to the young boy and jerked him roughly from the machines, setting off several warning sounds as she did. She cradled the unconscious child in her arms and left the building quickly, followed by Hank and Kitsurubami. The warning sirens got louder and louder. Large, red burst of energy erupted from the walls. Ceiling panels and lights fell from their places, crashing to the floor.

“What’s happening?†Kitsurubami asked as they entered a hallway, the door barely visible at the end of it.

“We cut off the N.O. supply.†Haruko explained, almost sprinting now as she tried to get to the door before the entire building exploded. “Something in the other universe is powerful enough to open the portal from the other side, and now we broke its connection. It was probably looking for power, and it won’t give up until it has it.†They were almost at the door when a sudden explosion of energy threw Kitsurubami against the wall, followed by a light falling on her.

Haruko and Hank continued on, ignoring the injured girl’s pleas. Haruko smashed the door down, not bothering to stop and open it, and dropped Naota, picking up the guitar, and swung it viciously at Hank, throwing him back into the hallway.

“You’re not getting any of my power!†She yelled as Hank slowly got to his feet. He quickly pulled out a concealed pistol and took aim. After several missed shots, Hank pulled out a knife and charged at her, but was stopped suddenly when a stop sign exploded from the ground, knocking him into the wall of the far side of the hallway. A green hand reached up and grabbed the sign, pulling itself out of the ground. Tricky pulled the sign out and charged Hank, several explosions of energy surrounding the two. Tricky swung the sign wildly at Hank, but he managed to deflect each hit with his knife. Hank managed to sneak in a swipe at Tricky’s body, barely scratching the skin, before Tricky hit him with the sign end, knocking him down. The clown raised the sign slowly, ready to strike, when Hank sprung up, reaching one hand around the back of Tricky’s head, and stabbed it in face several times, moving almost too fast to see. The clown fell to the floor, its body twitching slightly, as Hank broke into a sprint, trying to get to the door.

“NO!†The words bleed into reality around the clown’s body. “You cannot kill the clown! Reboot.00Clown.Demon.1†Lightning began to strike the body as the portal erupted into a mountain of flames, quickly enveloping the building. The flames quickly overtook everything inside, engulfing Kitsurubami, Amarao, Hank, Tricky, and all the remaining agents who had survived the initial attacks.

Somewhere in Nevada, The Auditor watched furiously as his work was destroyed. He ordered several agents into his room, just so he could pull out his sword and slash at them angrily. Though initially furious, he began to think about it and calm down. With his enemy Hank and the rebellious Tricky gone, he had almost no opposition in taking over Nevada.

Meanwhile, Haruko dropped off Naota and crashed into the building, cautiously entering it. She held her bass just in case anything managed to survive the explosion. The floor, that is, the ceiling, cracked and snapped around her as she walked, trying to avoid places that looked too weak. The building looked like it was about to collapse, and it smelled the same. The heavy smell of fire polluted the air as she slowly made her way into the room that had previously held the portal, and, to her surprise, she saw a large, demonic-looking clown, with white flames engulfing it and a row of sharp teeth protruding from the bottom its head. It moved in glitchy movements, as if it was hurt, and threw pieces wildly together where the portal used to be, trying to open it again.

“How are you still alive?†Haruko asked, raising her bass in preparation to strike at the demon. The clown didn’t even acknowledge her existence, continuing to slave away at its pointless work. “I guess it doesn’t matter…†She added, raising her bass, “You’ll be dead in a minute anyway!†She pressed a button on the instrument, causing a hail of bullets to emerge from the front of it, hitting the clown but doing no visible damage. The now enraged clown charged her, swinging its massively oversized arms wildly at her as she jumped over it. It turned angrily, spewing vicious flames out of its enormous mouth, but she managed to dodge the fire without getting hit.

“You’re more powerful than I thought…†She admit, hitting a large fist away from her, “I want that power!†She looked down at her large, metal bracelet, which was a power locator, and saw that the source of his power was in his head. Smirking, she lifted her bass high in the air.

“Let’s dance!â€

And they danced…

Okay... Dammit. That really makes me angry. I don't mind that it scratched too much, but I actually put work into that fight, and if it was horrible, I want to know why it was horrible. I'm going to go beat a baby seal to death with a puppy. Seriously. That took my FPA down from 3.9 to 3.7. If anyone could tell me what was so wrong that this deserved an F, I'd be grateful

I don't understand why the challenge judges didn't rate this match. I mean, before the match judges were appointed, I know that treach, Culwych, and Ruinus were all at grading status, and I get the feeling they didn't rate any of the Challenge matches they read.

It doesn't matter now, though; the power to rate has likely been taken out of any potential hater's hands.

Great match, BTW, pey.

I'll speak for myself, since I don't know about the other guys.

My reasoning is simple. I don't know how to rate matches. :P

This match ended almost eight months ago... Since the topic has already been bumped, I haven't seen many random Fs lately. I don't know if it was him or not, but they seem to have ceased ever since Xman4Life was banned. Just saiyan. :P
