You are essentially creating a team of 5 random people, giving them the Powers of 1 character, the Skills and Knowledge of 1 character, 1 piece of special equipment, and 2 months of training with 1 character(i.e. each of those 5 people, gets 2 months of training with the fictional character of your choice). Lol tell me if this team isn't ok. You sure you don't want your 5th person? Multipliers are illegal because it's an overly easy fix to any situation. Karate Kid is illegal to use for skills because the ridiculousness of his skills elevates him beyond logic and beyond the physical limits of the thread. Other than that you are fine.
