The Crime Syndicate of Amerika are busy plotting ways to return to Earth-1 and seek revenge against the Justice League of America.The team has been trying to create a portal to Earth-1, with little success. They always malfunctioned and sent the Syndicate to the wrong Earth. However, Owlman, the Anti-Matter counterpart of Batman, has called a meeting at the Syndicate's headquaters, saying he has found a surefire way of getting to Earth-1. Superwoman: Right, Owlman, this better not disappoint us. Owlman: Don't worry. I won't. Owlman sneaked off, then brought back something covered in a white sheet. Owlman pulls it away, revealing a multiversal portal machine. Owlman: I call it the MPM. Sooo? What do you think? Johnny Quick: Wow... another portal machine. Like that's not been done before! Owlman: But this one actually works! I'll prove it! Owlman activates the machine. The machine opens up a portal, and Owlman enters it. There is a long pause, before Owlman come flying out of the portal, completely covered in bruises. Ultraman: Let me guess, wrong universe again. Owlman: No no no! That was definately the right universe! Look for yourself! *cough cough* Ultraman enters through the portal. Again, there is a moment of silence, before Ultraman comes back... carrying Bane! Ultraman: Owlman was right, that is the right universe. Bane: Aaargh! Let go of me! Ultraman: Shut it, you! Ultraman throws Bane on top of Owlman. Ultraman: Come on, team! Let's gather the rest of the Syndicate! As for you, Owlman, you better have dealed with this loser by the time we get back, or you're out of the team! Ultraman, Superwoman and Johnny Quick race off and leave Owlman to fight Bane. Bane: Batman! You will die! Bane starts rapidly punching Owlman, and then grabs him and throws him across the room. As Owlman lies on the floor, Bane goes in for the finishing blow, but Owlman uses his mind-controlling abilities on Bane. Owlman then forces Bane to keep punching himself. Owlman: Why are you hitting yourself? Why are you hitting yourself? Why are you hitting yourself? Bane: Ow! Ow! Ow! Come here! Bane then uses this against Owlman by grabbing him and putting him in the range of his arm, so Owlman takes all the blows. But Owlman knees Bane in the nuts and throws him across the room. With both fighters injured, skill will basically be thrown out the window here, and it'll devolve into an all-out brawl - in which case, it will take Bane about 5 seconds to snap Owlman's neck. I reckon Bane could win, but not that easily at all, especially seeing as they're both injured. But Owlman, being something of a combat-genius, and much faster than Bane, plus he's got his gizmos on him in this fight, will probably win this. And you get an Ok from me, dude. AVP vs The Terminator Posted June 26, 2012 Share Posted June 26, 2012 Bane is just as skilled, and roughly as smart, as Owlman. And as I've already said, with both combatants injured, skill and intelligence will go out the window, and it'll become an all-out brawl. And if that happens, again: Owlman will have his neck broken in about 5 seconds. And Owlman isn't that much faster than Bane that it'll make a significant difference. I have never seen anything from Bane for him to be above Owlman in the intelligence department. Owlman is not stupid and won't let Bane grab him. Bane won't be killing Owlman in 5 seconds if he is less then 100%. Also in the setup it seems that one Bane is not on venom and two Owlman has mind controlling abilities which already proved to work on Bane in the setup. We have already seen that if you are skilled in that one killing blow aimed in the right place could kill Bane in Secret Six. Owlman do the same and is capable of this. But if, as i believe, Owlman is superior to Bane, at least in enough ways to beat him in a fight, normally, then if they are both equally injured Owlman will still be superior.
