Guest xman4life Posted July 8, 2012 Share Posted July 8, 2012 ************************DEATHSTROKE WAS TAKEN SO I HAD TO PUT RAVENGER AS THE PICTURE BUT THIS MATCH IS BETWEEN DEATHSTROKE, X-23 AND BATGIRL. 2 OF A KIND *********Laura and Cassandra sat on top of a rooftop in Gotham and admired the view. X-23 took a deep breath and exhaled, To which Cassandra immediately noticed. Batgirl-Problem? X-23-This city is stained with blood. ***********Batgirl continued looking forward at GothamBatgirl-I know. It has went through alot and it's still struggling. Shouldnt you be used to blood? X-23-I am. Just because I'm used to it doesn't mean I like it. Have you ever thought whats the point? Batgirl-Of fighting evil? X-23-Yes. There is evil in the world that can't be reasoned with or pacified. Batgirl-I know. Thats why we are here. To keep that evil at bay. X-23-Your methods...........you prefer not to kill as do your mentor this "Batman". Why? Batgirl-There is no real good answer. Killing as we both know is a icey hill which it is hard to stop once you start. The group you work for kills? X-23-Yes. We specialize in it. We do wet works operations so that "heroes" wont have to. We take on that mantle. ***************Batgirl went silent and brought her knees to her chest.Batgirl-I admire that. Batman is like a father figure to me and I have never seen a person with so much drive and determination. So much so that even I forget he is just human but that is one thing I slightly disagree with. X-23-The killing part? Batgirl-Yes. I was raised to be an assassin yes, but I know when killing is neccesary. As you say there is evil in this world that can't be bartered with and MUST be put down. X-23-The one you call Joker I would have killed him at my first encounter. ****************Batgirl smirkedBatgirl-Trust me I want to. He has constantly plauged Batman throughout the years. X-23-Not to speak ill of your mentor but you maybe think he is naive to an extent? Batgirl-Maybe X-23-And that is the reason for my team. Were not heroes were killers. Sometimes being "heroes" are their biggest flaw. Batgirl-I understand. THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES?******************A loud explosion was heard a few blocks down. X-23 and Batgirl sprang up and headed toward the noise. They looked around to see if anyone was hurt and saw no one. Batgirl-You have a scent? X-23-I can tell you it was arson. I can smell the gasoline. ******************Batgirl brought out her flash light and looked for printsX-23-I smell adrenaline. *******************Batgirl looked over her shoulder to acknowledge Laura and spotted a footprint. They simultaneously pointed. X-23/Batgirl-THAT way. ********************They headed in the direction following the footprints and the scent of adrenaline until they came upon an abondoned warehouse. X-23 gestured that she can smell there is a person in there. Batgirl nodded and slowly opened the door of the warehouse. X-23 unsheathed her claws as she prepared herself for a confrontation. They slowly walked in cautiously looking around as X-23 lead the way. They walked until they heard a voice in the distance. X-23-I smell blood.(she said silently to Batgirl) Voice 1-Mr. Thomas, I know where you live and where your kids go to school. Now give me the codes for the missiles so you can go home tonight. Voice 2-Jesus Christ I will give you whatever just leave my family out of this. ********************X-23 and Batgirl came upon a man bound to a chair beaten and bloodied and instantly Batgirl knew who it was. X-23-Who is that? Batgirl-Deathstroke. He is a criminal mastermind, master strategist, and martial arts expert. X-23-We can't take him can we? Batgirl-He can be beaten. X-23-I can smell your adrenaline pike when you said his name. Whats the plan? Batgirl-well we have the.......... ************************A blade was thrown that stabbed x-23 in the chest which dropped her to her back gasping for air. Batgirl quickly flipped out of the way to recover. DS-You thought i wasn't prepared? I KNOW this is Gotham so I planned accordingly. I had motion sensors all over this building and it tripped when you two came in. Sorry about your friend but you can still live if you leave now.****************************Batgirl sat with her back against the crates she hid behind. as she yelledBatgirl-You didnt have to kill her Slade. DS-Well this is Gotham things like this happen everyday so leave or come out ready to die. ******************************Batgirl looked and seen a trail of blood that lead away which meant X-23 had already gotten up as expected and stalled for more time so X-23 can strike. Batgirl-You can't win Slade. I already sent out the signal and Batman will be here soon. So maybe YOU should surrender now or leave. DS-I don't fear you OR Batman little girl. ****************************Batgirl looked and seen a shadow streak behind Deathstroke and knew X-23 was ready. Batgirl sprang out and threw a batarang at slade which he ducked as she raced toward him. X-23 sprang from behind him and stabbed him with her claws in his side as deep as she could go. He threw his head back busting her nose and threw her at Batgirl which she ducked under her and went for a pressure point strike. He grabbed her hand inches away from neck. she then followed up with a kick to his head which he blocked and she then she elbowed him in the mouth he then jump kicked her into some nearby boxes. DS-Ugggghhhh.(grunting due to the pain) You guys are good. Caught even ME off guard. But you going to have to do........ *****************************X-23 tackled him and tried stabbing him with both claws and he held her by her wrists and kicked her off of him. X-23 recovered as they stared eye to eye circling each other. He then looked at where he threw the knife a few minutes ago. DS-Healing ability huh? didn't see that coming. and also I can tell that this is a solo mission for you two because you actually tried to kill me back there and Batman frowns up killing so NO he WON'T be coming so I don't have much to worry about. X-23-You DO have something to worry about(as she gnashed her teeth)........Batman doesn't kill. BUT I DO!!! *****************************She lunged at him and slashed his chest. He kicks her in the face and elbows her in the neck. He reached back for another blow until a batarang wrapped around his arm and yanked him back, allowing X-23 get up and slash him across his stomach. She went for the kill strike until he spin kicked her and then yanked Batgirl towards him. He immediately went for a right hook until she ducked and open palmed striked him in the nose. he leg sweeped her and flipped back bringing out his sword. DS-Now that I see how it goes. It's time to up the stakes girls. You should have went home. X-23-I was thinking the same about you. ***********************Batgirl rushed and joined X-23 by her side and stood ready to attack. If Deathstroke had known about X23 and could prepare accordingly, he could pretty likely win this encounters. As it stands now, it could probably go either way.
