JohnnyChany
Bane sat alone in a small hut in Oaxaca, Mexico. He gazed upon a picture taken of the Secret Six, consisting of himself, Scandal Savage, Deadshot, Catman, Jeanette, and Rag Doll. They had been working together for awhile now and were recently joined by King Shark and reunited with the former Female Fury, Knockout. Bane could not think of a time when he had remained allies with a group of people this long. Not even when he first arrived in Gotham City with Trogg, Zombie, and Bird. Of course allies come and go, and Bane had no reservations about dropping this group if the situation called for it. All of them were expendable. All of them except for Scandal. Bane was very fond of Scandal and took great pride in his role as a surrogate father for her. He was uncomfortable being this far away from her, but the current job required it. The Secret Six were scattered across the globe. They were hired by Shadoloo to participate in the World Warrior Tournament to specifically take out fighters that had historically been a thorn in the side of Shadoloo’s leader, M. Bison. If successful, it would be the biggest payday in the history of the Secret Six. Bane’s target was a Native American fighter by the name of Thunder Hawk. Bane tried his best to concentrate on the task at hand, but his mind continued to drift. He wondered how Scandal was doing. Bane’s cell phone rang. “Hello.†“Hey Bane, it’s Scandal, is everything going okay with you?†“Yes. The fight isn’t until tomorrow morning. Why?†“Good. I just wanted to check,†said Scandal. “Is everything okay with you? Did something happen?†asked Bane. “I was just attacked by a group of men in my hotel room. It’s nothing I could not handle. I wanted to find out if they were targeting all of us, but I guess it might just be me.†“Do I need to travel there? I can protect you.†“Bane, don’t be ridiculous. We can’t afford to screw up this job. Like I said it’s nothing I can’t handle. Perhaps they worked for Cammy White. Maybe she is not as clean cut as we thought. Maybe she is scared to fight me. She should be,†stated Scandal. “Are you sure you don’t need me to fly up there?†“I’m positive. Just concentrate on T. Hawk. I’ll check with the others and I will call you if anything changes,†said Scandal. “Ok. Talk to you soon.†Bane went to sleep early that night. The next morning he put on his trademark mask before leaving the hut. Bane had worn the mask less and less during his time with the Six, but could not resist using it for a tournament fight in Mexico. An hour later he arrived for the fight at the Monte Alban plains. T. Hawk looked over his opponent. “I’ve never seen you before in the World Warrior Tournament,†said T. Hawk. “But I do recognize those marks on your neck and on your arms. You are a Venom user aren’t you?†Bane stood silently in response. “I know all about the Venom. It was given to a few proud Thunderfoot warriors with promises that it would help restore our tribe’s honor, but in reality it just ruined their lives.†“I’m well aware of the ill effects of Venom. Which is why I don’t use it anymore,†said Bane. “I assure you that the man you are about to fight is 100% pure Bane. And that should be sufficient enough to beat you.†“We shall see,†remarked T. Hawk. The Native American warrior readied his fighting stance. CONNECTED TO: SCANDAL SAVAGE VS. VEGAhttp://www.electricf...t=0#entry360707

leroypowell3
I'm sure everybody is going to say Bane, but I honestly think that T. Hawk and beat a none venomed Bane. It would be a rough fight for him though, definately.
DSkillz
Good set-up and pretty good matchup, Johnny. Without venom, Bane still has superhuman strength, but then again, I think T. Hawk has it as well. T. Hawk also has a size and reach advantage over Bane. Bane is probably quicker, though, and would likely be more willing to cheat to win. That and his extreme pain tolerance would probably allow Bane the win here.
Guest bigballerju
I am gone give you a B do to the fact pairing these guys against each other was a perfect idea and the setup was Good. Both men have alot in common as far as the way they fight and their physical feats. Without venom T-Hawk is stronger and close to Bane in speed.T-Hawk has fought opponents faster then him and won. T-Hawk is also skilled enough of a fighter to defeat Bane.

Guest Hastur
Does T. Hawk often end up in the top 10 of the WW tournament?
Guest Guest
If your talking the tournament in the Street Fighter games I believe so.
Guest Hastur
Bane (Later, when he's off the Venom) is able to roughly tie Bruce, who is around #5-10 in terms of sheer skill in the DCU. It's not a perfect gauge, but unless T. Hawk falls in that same ballpark, it means that Bane is the more skilled fighter. Of course, there's a crapton of fighters in the WW tournament who have superhuman augmentations to their fighting style, so that'll skew the results, but I thought that comparison might be helpful. In non-commutive terms, Bane's willingness to fight dirty, maim, cripple, or kill will give him a slight advantage over the honorable T. Hawk. Guest bigballerju
Fighting dirty against a skilled opponent like T-Hawk can also be a huge disadvantage as you leave yourself open to more attacks because your not focused on fighting like a true fighter. Bane isn't exactly as skilled as Batman although he is close. T-Hawk in the strength department is on Zangief's level and he can pull off some aerial moves of his own. When you fight dirty your not really fighting with true skill and stuff like that. Fighting dirty doesn't give you a advantage.

Guest Hastur
When you fight dirty your not really fighting with true skill and stuff like that. Fighting dirty doesn't give you a advantage. I... what? I'm not talking about stuff like grabbing hair or using a broken bottle or throwing a handful of dirt in someone's eyes. By "fighting dirty" I'm talking about Bane using his full compliment of abilities. He's a brutal killer, and unless he has a good reason, people fighting him die. T. Hawk's goal is to defeat you. Bane's goal is to defeat you by any means. T. Hawk will punch and kick and grapple you until you're unconscious. He won't make throat or spine blows, he won't use eye gouges, or crotch shots, or break or dislocate joints. Knowing T. Hawk, he probably won't even break bones (on purpose) unless he thinks his life is in danger. The World Warrior Tournament is not Mortal Kombat; typically, fighters are supposed to be able to participate again next time. Leaving alone the issue of who is stronger, faster, or more skilled, Bane's fighting style is both more versatile and better at inflicting debilitating injuries. That gives him an advantage (at least) until T. Hawk starts to anticipate killing blows and starts to fight for his life.

DamagingRob
That's hardly unbiased Thx for the add, though. Never noticed he was missing from the directory.Hehe. And yeah, I tried adding the entire cast from Super Street Fighter IV, that were missing. Some got in, some didn't. Usually a picture issue, was why they were denied. We're still missing Seth, and a few others, I think. Scratch that. It seems he has been added, since last I checked. Edit: Along with Abel and Gen. Guess I didn't have as many rejected, as I thought. Those three were it.
