Guest skadoosh
Achilles, from the film Troy, with his sword, shield and armor vs Ozymandias, from the comic book Watchmen, wearing his costume They are fighting to the death in the Colosseum. They start in the middle, twenty feet away from each other. They know nothing about each other prior to the fight. There are a few swords, spears and the like scattered around the arena, but they aren't in very good condition. Opinions?
Guest skadoosh
This was the origin of the Batman vs Achilles fight i made a while back, but i thought this fight should have it's own debate, too.
Guest LoneWolf
Ozy. Catching a bullet is no small feat.
Guest skadoosh
True, but remember how skilled Achilles was? Not to mention this particular set up.
Guest LoneWolf
To be able to catch a round moving at 700+ feet per second, his speed would be so high that he would likely be able to hit Achilles before the former even saw the attack.
Guest skadoosh
Ozymandias wasn't sure that catching the bullet would work, and even though he did catch it, he was injured. It's not something he does all the time, let alone something he's confident about doing.

Guest Emperor Joker
Yeah, Ozy destroys him. Achilles armor honestly wasn't much better than Ozy's costume. Ozy disarms him quickly and then smashes him up badly.
Guest skadoosh
The armour and costume were made of completely different things. I feel like Achilles' fighting skills aren't being fully appreciate here...
Guest Emperor Joker
Ozy could catch bullets. He was blocking attacks from Ror behind him while fighting Owl in front of him. He threw grown men across rooms hard enough to bust marble. He slammed Comedian through what looked like a granite counter top. He is too fast and strong for Achilles. Guest skadoosh
Read my original post, dude. This is not the film version of Ozymandias.
Guest Emperor Joker
Read my original post, dude. This is not the film version of Ozymandias. Once I saw you specify movie Achilles, I figured you had movie Ozy as well. Comic Ozy still catches bullets. Achilles loses 10/10.
Guest skadoosh
Never figure on Electricferret. Ozymandias' bullet-catching feat is not as impressive as people suggest, especially in the comic. He is still only human, as is this version of Achilles, who was untouched in combat throughout the entire film.
Guest Redemption X
"Never figure on Electricferret". Kind of an hypocritical thing to say, considering everyone here figured out it was Heath Ledger in the "Bane VS Joker" match, given that all the match creator said was "movie version of Joker". The match creator could have easily meant Jack Nicholson.
