What stage are the FF Villains at? Because some of them at end game are Literally God-like...

I already stated that they where all around mid level. I chose mid level because all the others become godly powerful (Except for Xande who gets to be at max. And Zemus who gets Golbez seeing he isn't really that much of a fighter. I'm gonna add Golbez now.)

Ok, didn't see that...

Also what are the requirements for "Notable Characters"? Anyone who's Named, and/or featured in a book? Because, from just the Spartans alone I can name about a dozen or more major characters.

Yeah pretty much everyone that's been named.

IGG-8 when he downloaded himself into the Death Star II shows up, and blows up the planet. Win?*

*Not a serious comment.

EDIT: Oh, I saw your OP set up which doesn't include spaceships.

Star Wars?

Game mechanics aside, bullets from 1,000+ people are not going to be good for their health.

Oh wait, so there are vehicles allowed for the Star Wars/Halo side? So, they win?

Ok, as the biggest voice of Halo here I will start marshaling their forces...

I'll be adding to this list as I go, but here are a couple off the top of my head:

Spartan II's

John-117 (aka: Master Chief) Spartan II leader

Linda-058, Spartan Sniper, very legendary accuracy

Kelly-087, Fastest Spartan of all

Fred-104, Spartan Second in command, actually better than Chief but doesn't like the attention

Grace-093, Spartan Demolitions Expert

Will-043, Spartan... killed a Hunter with his bare hands...

Li-008, Spartan E.V.A. Specialist

Anton-044, Spartan Tracking Specialist

Jai-006, Leader of Gray Team, has renegade tendency's

Adriana-111, scouting specialist, member of Gray Team, has renegade tendency's

Mike-XXX, Spartan Tech specialist, member of Gray Team, has renegade tendency's

Kurt-051, leader and trainer of the Spartan III's

Josh-029, skilled in leadership, electronics and many other fields

Sam-034, Biggest Spartan and probably the strongest

Spartan III's

Lucy-B091, Survivor of Suicide Mission, trainer of later Spartan III's

Tom-B292, Survivor of Suicide Mission, trainer of later Spartan III's

Marines

Sergeant Major A. J. Johnson, one Badass Marine, and a Spartan I to boot

CPO Franklin Mendez, Badass drill instructor to S-II's and S-III's, possibly a Spartan I

Staff Sergeant Nolan Byrne, Veteran of Harvest and possibly Spartan I

Corporal Harland, Veteran marine and survivor of the Sigma Octanus Massacre

First Lieutenant Melissa McKay, Veteran ODST, saved Earth from first Flood Threat

Staff Sergeant Marvin Mobuto, First Reclaimer Candidate in Alpha Halo, made it damn far, Very Badass Marine

Corporal Locklear, ODST, survivor of Alpha Halo, nuff said

Gunnery Sergeant Pete Stacker, Survived Alpha Halo, both battles of Earth, Delta Halo, and the Ark... nuff said

Gunnery Sergeant Reynolds, told off a Brute while being choked by said brute, lived to tell about it

Covenant

Thel 'Vadam (The Arbiter), Covenant counterpart to the Chief, nuff said

Ripa'Moramee, Earlier Arbiter, one of the very few Duel Plasma Sword wielders

Rtas 'Vadum, Badass Elite, Survived Halo 2 and 3, lead Separatist forces against Truth at the Battle of Ark

Imperial Admiral Xytan 'Jar Wattinree, Rank in the Covenant is by Merit, and he holds the highest rank there is...

Tartarus, Chieftain of the Brute Race, has a nearly impervious shield, and the Fist of Rukt a superior Grav Hammer

Zuka 'Zamamee, relentlessly tracked the Chief on Alpha Halo, survived a couple fights before his luck ran out

Sesa'Refumee, Heretic leader of pre-schism seperatists

Forerunner Constructs

343 Guilty Spark, took several Spartan Lasers to the "Face" to take him down... had a nasty beam weapon as well

2401 Penitent Tangent, same design as Guilty Spark

Ok... So I may have gotten carried away...

Are we using SW groups from all time periods? For example are stormtrooper and clone troopers seperate or counted as one? GA and Old Republic, Sith Empire and Brotherhood, etc.?

Also are we using literally every Sith/Jedi or just named ones?

Anyone that has been named at least once anywhere counts and this is for all time. I think this match is possible seeing that these characters have shown to be able to bullet time, take hits from bullets without harm hack apart buildings with no effort and guys like Zemus can take control of army worth of people.

Well I honestly know zero about FF.

I do know this... Several Jedi/Sith through history have been known to use various form of battle meditation, allowing them to bolster morale, determination and even coordination in there allies while sapping the will and energy. Imagine Spartans, as described by Skirmisher, being further augmented through battle meditation.

Additionally a few have been know to have precognitive abilities allowing them to see years, even centuries into the future. Darth Kraya was able to predict the fall of the Old Republic and of the Mandolorian Clans.

Mace Windu and Darth Caedus(Jacen Solo) both mastered the art of Shatterpoint, the ability to perceive the weak point in an object or situation and know how to strike it so as to shatter it. Sometimes literally. On a side note Jacen was also able to "travel time" and view past events, though it required that he know where and when to look to really be affective.

That my contribution for know. I'm just gonna wait for more descriptions of FF's abilities.

Okay so they can enhance all of their soldiers to be better but I don't think that would be much use to a person who can cut buildings or someone who can backhand just about anything that comes his way or someone who can simply manipulate and take control of his opponents. Ultimecia should cover all the time abilities. For the shatterpoint abillity i don't think it would be that useful against be crushed by a orb of gravity so Golbez has that covered.

Fred-104, Spartan Second in command, actually better than Chief but doesn't like the attention

Grace-093, Spartan Demolitions ExpertI assume the actually have to hurt them to be effective.

Will-043, Spartan... killed a Hunter with his bare hands...Impressive but Garland wiped away all the summons in his world with his bare hands. Like to see Will wrestle a dragon.

Li-008, Spartan E.V.A. Specialist

Anton-044, Spartan Tracking SpecialistOkay he can find them what happens next?

Jai-006, Leader of Gray Team, has renegade tendency's

Adriana-111, scouting specialist, member of Gray Team, has renegade tendency's

Imperial Admiral Xytan 'Jar Wattinree, Rank in the Covenant is by Merit, and he holds the highest rank there is...

Sesa'Refumee, Heretic leader of pre-schism seperatists

I didn't respond to all of them but you should get the point.

Sephiroth's ability to cut buildings in half doesn't translate into the ability to shrug off bullets.

No it dosen't but I'm pretty sure surviving a bullet does Or maybe recovering after being stabbed all the way through the body and the destruction of his spine then being literally thrown out of a city does too.

But there is the fact that the Sniper Rifle doesn't really fire any ordinary bullet... The Halo Sniper Rifle is classed as an Anti-Material Rifle... basically something designed to take out Heavily armoured vehicles like Tanks and Self Propelled Artillery...

Imagine Sephy getting one of them to the face from 3 klicks away!

Yes but if Sephiroth where to be shot by the bullet or the bullet is to be shot at Sephiroth what stops Sephiroth from doging it or blocking it because he has gone faster then the speed of sound and moved around the speed of light before.

The simple fact that:

1) his concentration would be elsewhere as he decimates the Star Wars and Halo troops

2) the Sniper Rifle has a muzzle velocity of 1450m/s... that's about Mach 4

3) Linda is very good at hiding and camoflage, she also uses various suppressors on her rifle to make it so that there is next to no way of knowing you've been hit until your dead...

So unless Sephy can See the bullet like Neo, I really don't think he'd be able to dodge or evade...

As well, you may say that Linda wouldn't be able to track him at his high speed movement. Well, he doesn't move at those speeds all the time, like all villains he usually stops to gloat in his own way... As well, Linda has killed the pilots out of three Banshee fliers from about 3 Km with ricochets, while hanging upside down, and firing her rifle one handed... If anyone were to hit him it would be her...

This leads me to believe that you don't know what c actually is.

Seriously, Sephiroth wank never dies does it?

Yes but what about the more aware ones like Exdeath or Zemus they can warn him with telepathy of a little person hiding and preparing too shoot him.

In point of some cutscenes and in gameplay you can actually see only that of a beam of light for his trail for about a half second time. his hands most positively move at light speed for many of his physical attacks has shown him in a single have millions of light slashes within the time of the motion.

I blame animu and mangos and their habit of showing speed by simply making the character 'disappear' or turn into lines. People see that and go "Well, I can't see him, so therefore c."

The message is compiled, sent out, received and understood faster than the blaster bolt or bullet reaches it's target?

Well yes but even if you take away the possibillity of light speed then it still is a impressive speed feat to move a considerable distance in a very short amount of time or becoming what would seem to be nothing but a flash of light.

The message is compiled, sent out, received and understood faster than the blaster bolt or bullet reaches it's target?

Okay you got me there.

^

This.

People look at stuff like this, and go "Hello c!!!" Dude those are stylistic choices. If he was really moving that fast, where are the sonic booms and massive shockwaves he would make as his arms move through the atmosphere at those speeds? Those flashes of light are generated by what? His sword annihilating the atmosphere as it moves through it? No violent and explosive heating of the atmosphere around him?

He can move at light speed, yet doesn't have the reflexes to keep up with Cloud, who is much slower?

What, his skin is made of supermaterial so that they don't rip apart his joints as they move at those speeds?

I haven't lied yet or made stuff up so wheres this "wank" you speak of?

The wank is that you think Sephiroth moves at c, something which you back up only with "flashy" moves. Post a video of Sephiroth breaking the light speed barrier and then I will believe you. Then come up for reasons why none of the above occurs in those videos.
