Guest Dr. Pymp(mex)
"This story is not well known to the general public, it technically did not happen" "The story begins a few years back, when it was a different time. The world was still young, I'm not talking about ancient times, more like 1920. When globalization hadn't taken full effect as it has now in 2012. Japan was still isolated, and *uncreative* wasn't yet a world threat." [the narrator's voice fades away and a new scene is shown] The trees swayed as the wind brushed them with a gentle touch. The sun lay out perfectly warming the world. It was a picture perfect summer day in Greece. The horrors of the Great War had not yet tarnished this land, and the people still felt happiness. The world had always been a dark place though and in the underground, threats still lingered like a bad smell. Beyond the grasp of the common folk, Greece was one of the locations where the Gods could convey their word. Olympus was once the point where Gods and men could talk, they held horrible and splendid actions on the world. Hercules being one of them. The tales of him being a hero had not yet been known except for his valiant deeds. He was a murder, and an advocate of twisted justice. Before Avengers Hercules did not care much for the world. He loved man and cherished Earth, but did so for ought reasons of his own. The ancient world was different, he killed thousands of men protecting those he deemed worthy of his help. In 1920, he worked for an order that passed judgement on Greek citizens. Those deemed unworthy were killed. The reasons always differed, but all were killed for working towards goals not compatible with the Olympian Gods* Hercules was ordered to kill a Dr. Abbaticus (the narrator) for being a scientist looking to create better weapons (a major fictitious reason why Greece lost to Italy in WW2) for war use. The gods considered that a threat since eventually their weapons would be too powerful for them to contend with(atom bomb, Dr. Doom' or other humans tech) Hercules was given the order 2 days ago and had already reached the complex the doctor lived in. As he walks towards the door to the house, Hercules stops and turns around to see a small bulky man. The two stare at each other for a long while. Being 1920, Hercules is no longer garbed in tunics or lion skins but has a tailored suit(like the turks from FF7). He seemed more of a mobster than a Demi-God, but still possessed his awesome strength and durability. Hercules did not fear men, but had yet to contend with this man. Logan stood next to the mammamoth of a man and both smirked. Logan had tackled on the likes of hulk and the world never knew as it was a secret mission, but here he was in Greece on the orders to save the scientist. Inside Sabretooth had taken the the doctor to a safe place and snuck towards the battle. Outside Logan charged and stuck out his claws, Hercules dashed forward and met the little man with his massive punch. Logan blocked and was sent flying across the street landing inside a house. As Hercules turned he saw Sabretooth jump and slash at Hercules chest. The claws dug deep and Hercules grabbed the hand and twisted it breaking it in several places. Victor howled as he fell down. By this time Logan had gotten up and made his way towards Hercules. Hercules amazed that he had not killed the man, and even more when Victor's hand had healed completely. [the scene ends and the narrator is seen smoking a cigarette and about to continue, but looks at you(the reader)] Who will win, the battle is not to kill Hercules, but to save the doctor and get him out. The narrator is not dead but it could mean that Hercules got him and is interrogating him or the doctor is debriefing with Allied forces.

comic_book_fan
wolverine can stand toe to toe with hulk herc isn't one shotting him wolverine is more agile but i don't know how this will end considering neither can realy put down the other for verry long her could strangle wolverine to death but wolverine could cut his arms off to prevent that and could blind him hor a short while pluss the damage wolverine and sabertooth does to herc will last longer but they can't kill him. DSkillz
Alright set-up, Pymp, but there are a few inconsistencies (i.e., mentioning Wolvie has fought Hulk, though Bruce Banner wasn't even born in 1920). As for the match, being 1920, neither Logan nor Victor have adamantium in their skeletons yet, so they stand even less of a chance fighting Class 100 opponents than usual. Still, Wolvie and Sabretooth just may be skilled enough and have good enough healing factors to pull off their mission, provided one of them can hold off Herc long enough for the other to whisk the doctor away. Guest Pympy
actually since I wrote the set up Skillz, I can say whatever I wish right? In this case they have the claws as well (logan does) Now just pretend that it is current versions but in a fictitious 1920's setting if that helps! DSkillz
Ah, that makes a bit of a difference, then. Makes it a little easier for one or both of them to hold off Hercules.
Guest bigballerju
It may be your story but there is still some some inconsistencies that aren't explained very well. I will give it a C for the grade when I am ready to vote and since Hercules is way out of character here I can't even say if he will fight using his great fighting skills from his years of experience. The same goes for Wolverine and Sabretooth as I am not sure what experience they would have either here. They wouldn't have World War 2 or Weapon X experience. Guest Pympy
um okay, can you picture them how you already see them? This is a what if story so don't over think this. hercules is not out of character, read about him in mythologyu. He was a molestor, killer, and hero since the standards back then were different than they are now. Hercules being in anceint times would act different than he would in 2012. Thanks for the C. Not that I'm trying to pile on you, but in this case you probably should've used Heracles in this match if you were using that interpretation of him.
