They're fighting in a large kitchen, with various kitchen tools scattered arouund that can be used as weapons. They'll fight until either combatant is incapacitated or dead. Who wins? Cross is enhanced by the pills and Bane has phenomenal strength and high resistance to pain, being able to smash through hard walls like its made of cardboard. Even with the enhancements, though, Bane is considerably stronger and more durable. As of the film, though, Cross no longer needs the pills. The upgrades are made permanent. Bane is stronger, more durable and possibly more skilled, but Cross is faster, more agile, and considerably superior mentally (in terms of reflexes, perception, reaction time, the speed at which he processes information, coming up with tactics on the fly, etc). I like to look at it this way: Jason Bourne is to Aaron Cross as an assassin is to a soldier. Is that related to this discussion? Probably not, but oh well.
