Guest sherminatortwo Posted August 20, 2012 Share Posted August 20, 2012 Doctor Doom is scanning the multi verses one day seeking a means which will allow him to overcome the opposition of the accursed Fantastic Four, the Avengers and all the others who would stand in his way of leading the world to it's rightful destiny of his benevolent rulership. When suddenly he spots in one reality items of vast power such as the Spear of Destiny and the Bell, Book and the Wheel as well as many others that would give him a vast advantage over his superhuman foes as they would have no knowledge of them and how to overcome them. Using his time platform Doom adjust the controls to take him sideways through time. It takes him from his reality into the one where the objects lie. Doctor Fate senses that a potential reality damaging event may occur unless he intervenes to stop it He tracks down Doom as he is about to seize the first object. Doctor fate "I know not who you are stranger but I know evil is what you intend with the objects you seek." Doctor Doom "Evil never I seek only the good of my world under my total control." "That I cannot allow for to remove these objects from my world may cause irreparable damage to it . Not to mention the harm introducing these items may cause to your own world." Doctor Doom "You may try but I fear you will find this a task much easier said than done." Who would win this battle of the doctors? DSkillz Posted August 20, 2012 Share Posted August 20, 2012 Hello, wall 'o text... You should start spacing your text into paragraphs, and maybe space the dialogue separately, shermanator. It makes it much easier to read that way. As for the match, Doom should probably be able to pull this off between his tech and knowledge of mysticism. Fate makes it interesting since he's on his home turf, though. Thank God this match is nothing like the tags suggested. That might actually be interesting, given one could pull it off well. A power-steal or body-switch spell might work momentarily, but Nabu would probably drive Doom out. Fate probably takes it in the end. If Thanos is alwasy watching Doom, then it's for a reason. Fate by Smallville is weak and Doom will always be a doombot and then srping out a back up to his backup plan. Doom isn't prepared for Dr. Fate specifically so he's not going to have anything on hand to deal with him properly. Next time however, beware Fate for Doom knows of you. My vote is for Dr. Fate. Yea, actually, Fate at his most powerful is easily more powerful than Surfer, and probably more so than the Beyonder as well. Doctor Fate at his most powerful (with the full backing of Nabu) is the Spectre's equal. What does that have to do with anything? There's no prep here, and I'm assuming this is the standard, non-Spectre level version of Fate, in which case he dwarfs Doom mystically. The latter's tech simply isn't enough to bridge the gap. I'd suggest actually reading some comics featuring Doctor Fate, instead of basing everything you know off of Smallville. By that logic, I guess Deathstroke is just a pudgy military general with one eye, eh? The comics version of Doctor Fate is so much more powerful than the Smallville version it isn't even funny. So what happens if he can hold off Fate long enough to use the tech built into his armor. His armor is as well armed as some third world armies.
