Guest FTANG Commando
While I tend to agree with the overall consensus that Killer Croc would win, I'm a little confused. Shouldn't it not matter what Baraka's claws are made of? I mean, it's more about the force behind them right? Granted the material could make it easier, but I mean a wooden spoon could stab a person if there's enough force behind it.
Guest skadoosh
It depends on both what they are made of and the force behind them.
corvette1710
Yeah... try cutting a diamond with a wooden spoon. Elaboration: It doesn't really matter what they're made of (the blades), because Croc's skin is like a flexible version of perhaps... steel? High-caliber bullets and C4 < Croc's skin. Indolent
Not to mention his regeneration, so even if there's damage, it's likely going to be superficial to the point his regeneration renders any damage incurred negligible.
Guest MarxzVulpez
Yeah, I'm going with Croc. Not to say that Baraka doesn't stand a chance, but... Croc grabs hold of Baraka's head, squeezes a bit, end of story.

Guest Hayesmeister5651
This is a walk in the park for Croc. I hate how DC made him into such a jobber. He has great potential.
Guest bigballerju
Very true Croc could have been a successful villain for DC like Lizard was for Marvel. God even that little brat Damien I think beat him...

I still think that with enough force a wooden spoon could do something to a diamond. Granted, I don't know anything that could give a spoon that much force haha. Is croc's skin really diamond hard? Kevlar comes to mind when I think of flexible and bulletproof, and it still doesn't mean it can't be harmed by the right material or shape of an object. And usually when people get shot with kevlar on, they still feel it's force. I'm just playing devil's advocate here. I think croc would win. I'm just saying, hypothetically, depending on how strong baraka is, that the blades could maybe cause that feeling of something like .
Guest skadoosh
Good point, but it doesn't really matter. As you said yourself, Croc wins this.

Guest FTANG Commando
That feeling for Frodo had something to do with the essence of the Ringwraith itself... Haha not my point. I just meant that even if he didn't pierce the skin, it doesn't necessarily mean that it doesn't go unnoticed. Kind of like bullets and kevlar
Indolent
...It wouldn't affect him nonetheless. If you're implying the impact from such things would do damage internally, the regeneration would make up for that. Not only that but Killer Croc actually needs a block of C4 on his face to be rendered unconscious, and it didn't actually do any lasting physical damage (other than the obvious temporary concussion, etc which said regeneration took care of later). I'm not talking about Killer Croc and Baraka. I made my decision on that fight a while back. I'm just talking about durability in general. Cool beans about Killer Croc's regen though. Didn't know he had that
Indolent
...That's actually relevant to durability in general then because you could further extrapolate instances for his durability based on that? o,o He can regenerate lost limbs so it's somewhat powerful. Guest FTANG Commando
I agree with you that it's relevant to this fight, and any fight where someone has those abilities. And I also think you're right about Croc not being hurt in the fight. I just was off topic in this fight when I was talking about durability in general. Basically, I was on my own crusade of trying to show that even if someone is durable, sometimes the material of weapon that the opponent has doesn't matter as much as the force behind said weapon. And everything I said was based on a healing factor not being present.
