G4hardcore
The setting is New York Zero, midnight. Spider-man and the Venom symbiote, versus James Heller, following the resolution of the second installment of the Prototype series. It's been a few months since the exact point where Prototype 2 left off, so Heller has experience with his abilities under his belt, including the experience of those he may or may not have consumed in that time. This is simply to balance the magnitude of experience he'll have to contend against in Spider-man and the alien symbiote. This is the most current version of Spidey, without Spider Sense, but with the genuine "Black Suit". The fight doesn't necessarily have to be to the death, but neither Venom, nor Heller, are known for their pulled punches in combat. If I did this right, it shouldn't be a stomp, unless I overlooked something.

G4hardcore
So, he might be able to take out a Symbioted-Spidey, then..?Well, it isn't quite that simple. What would constitute him taking out Spidey? Sure, he's a little tougher than Mercer, but black suit is tougher than classic without a doubt. Guest skadoosh
Killing or incapacitating him, i guess. Plus, as far as i can think, Spidey, even with the Symbiote upgrade, doesn't have any way of taking out Heller, whereas Heller can at least kill Parker, with a big ol' spike or something similar, albeit eventually. But then he's left with the Symbiote sliding around...

Guest Shoggoth breeder
Then mentioned something about the symbiote surviving and that it had everything to do with this fight, which made me curious.
Guest skadoosh
Oh, i thought you meant the whole post. Specifics, dude, specifics I'm just not positive if the Symbiote itself would survive an onslaught from Heller, and it might mean Heller doesn't win, after all.
