As a small sheet of snow covers the rooftops, the Kingpin looks out over his new home from the top floor of a skyscraper. As his men secure the building, the Kingpin sees a drug dealer on one of the street corners below. He then calls his henchmen in to his office. -Kingpin: "Boys! Do you see the man down there selling drugs near my newly bought property? ....Bring that man to me". Just as the Kingpin had ordered, his armed men abducted the drug dealer and brought him to the company of the Kingpin. The man was scared and dint know what the Kingpin wanted from him, or if he'd even make it out of this room alive. The henchmen stood around him with large guns aimed at his skull. It was obvious that they were waiting for the Kingpin to give them an order. -Kingpin: "That's all I need men, good job... So, you're the one who was selling drugs in my neighborhood? Is that correct?". -Drug dealer: "No... I just...". -Kingpin: "Please don't attempt to lie to me... I have a very short tolerance for liars". -Drug dealer: "...Ok I was selling drugs, but I have to to make money for Penguin. He demands that his followers make at least $200 a week to help pay for the damages that Batman caused him". -Kingpin: "I'm not interested in your animal friends, or why you are selling low budget drug in my town. Im actually going to offer you a job. Come work for me, and you will not have to worry about your place in THEIR world ever again". -Drug dealer: "I cant do that, the Penguin would kill me!". -Kingpin: "Then I guess Im wasting my breath. You're as good as dead either way then". The Kingpin then grabbed the man by his face and tossed him through the top floor window like a bowling ball. As he fell to his death, Kingpin shut his blinds and ordered that his men put a new window in immediately. Then he told them to gather as much information as they could on Batman and the Penguin. Little did the Kingpin know, Batman was already aware of his presents in Gotham City. In fact, most of Gotham knew about former New York crime boss Wilson Fisk buying a multi-million dollar building in busiest part of the city. It was all over the Gotham News. Bruce Wayne had already done his homework on Fisk and his past offenses and knew about his reputation. As he sat at home waiting for the sun to disappear, Wayne gathered what he could on the city's newest trouble maker. -Bruce Wayne: "Alfred, why would Wilson Fisk want to move to Gotham? In New York, he ran the underground crime world. Here, there's far more competition. Almost all the lunatics I come across are underground crime bosses. It doesn't add up". -Alfred: "Perhaps you just answered your own question Master Wayne. A crime boss who is the best at what he does would not shy away from competition, he would try to take it for his own. Giving Fisk's reputation as a deadly businessman, Id say Batman isn't the only one who has made a new rival. It would seem Bruce Wayne may have as well ". -Bruce Wayne: "You're right. I'm going to have to be extra cautious with the Kingpin. He didn't get his reputation for being sloppy". As night fell, Bruce Wayne dawned his legendary cowl and cape, and went to meet Wilson Fisk. What he seen when he arrived was just as mysterious and Fisk's intentions themselves. A beautiful woman with obvious training for tactics and the intent of killing, was lurking on the roof of the Kingpins headquarters. Batman knew he had to prevent her from getting hurt, or killing someone who got in her way. As Batman made his way towards the woman who was close to 5 blocks away, Electra took that time to take apart the Kingpins men with her sai. Then she made her way into the building to find Fisk. As Batman arrived on the rooftop, Electra was nowhere in sight. He entered the the building through one of the windows that led into a dark room. There was still no sign of the women in red. Batman began to investigate the room, when he was suddenly kicked in the head and sent to the ground. He quickly rolled back to his feet, and seen Electra standing in front of him. She threw a sai towards his torso, but Batman was quick to smack it away. Batman knew he'd have to incapacitate the assassin to learn what her connection to Fisk is. Electra assumed that Batman was Fisk's newest lackey, and she wanted to take him down and find out what she could about Kingpin's whereabouts. As they prepared for battle, neither has the intention of killing the other. They must find what they need to know about Fisk, and to do that they need to make sure their current opponent cooperates. patrickthekid Posted September 21, 2012 Share Posted September 21, 2012 Even though Elektra is on her turf for this, Batman shoud have an easier problem with finding Kingpin. As you could guess, the winner of this match will decide the direction of the storyline. (Also I may write spin-off stories that involve Kingpin's presents in Gotham.) Thanks for reading. It even showed a list of matches that were months old. Anyways, good set-up, SP. Wonder if Daredevil himself is going to make an appearance here, too? As for the match, if Batman knew about Elektra's abilities beforehand, he'd very likely be prepared for this confrontation and get the upper hand. I haven't really made more than 1 official CBUB match in nearly 6 months. This was even happening off and on back then. The bad part is, its someone who was trusted with being a CBUB judge.
