My point was that Frost dodges bullets just as fast as Wesker as a normal vampire. He gets even faster as La Magra.

Both Wesker and frost are bullet-timers, and both are extremely tough. However, i don't see how one could really beat the other, hence this Rumble. Is one of them actually fast, strong, tough and smart enough to beat the other?

 

Also, remember, there are weapons where they're fighting.

Frost was dodging bullets with casual ease just as Wesker was in his normal vampire form. Blood God Frost is superior in speed - check.

 

Frost is naturally stronger then Wesker and more so in his Blood God Form - check.

 

Frost isn't 'extremely tough' unless you're using his Regeneration as the basis, which is superior to Wesker's then check.

 

Wesker's durability is weak that mere handguns shots were about to incapacitate him momentarily. Frost would be able to injure him - check.

 

Doesn't matter if Wesker gets a weapon if he's outclassed by Frost.

Well, it does. Wesker could at least slow him down with a lots of explosives. However, if Frost is as superior as you say he is, it would only be a matter of time, i 'spose.
