I liked how she hid behind the door and let the walkers in. That was probably the best scene of the episode. The governor is pretty fast to kill that horde and still keep up with her. I think for the season finale that one(or more) of these characters will die: Milton, Merle, Andrea, the two white guys from Tyrese's group, Tyrese, or Hershel. I think everyone else is pretty safe. That was funny when Tyrese slammed that white guy. Tyrese is a silver back, that guy was dumb for trying to fight him hand to hand. He had a big role in the comics and fanboys would probably riot if he got killed so quickly in the show. The rest stand a good chance of dying, though. The governor was pretty pissed at Tyrese for letting Andrea go, and he did kill Tyrese in the comics. Maybe the governor catching Andrea is why Tyrese is alive. Also, props to Milton. I suppose he didn't really care if he died, unlike on the roof of the mall when all he wanted to do was survive. Shane would have ended up getting everyone killed. He didn't even have his bow raised at her. I think Merle was much more dependent on Daryl. Which was evident in the episode they were on their own. Martinez and Governor are both fit guys, so the hits they got in definitely would've broken ribs. Plus he started off on the ground when the Governor went to work on him, which is a big disadvantage as well. I think Shane would've done a good job, to be honest. The group would've run a much tighter ship. At the "peace talk" with the Governor, Shane probably would've killed him (which Rick could easily and should really have done). And perhaps, but Shane would have probably gotten the group killed in different ways. For instance: when Hershel was bit, he would have killed Rick is a lot more resourceful than Shane, and Shane has even learned efficient survival techniques from rick (this is evident when Shane cuts himself and uses the blood to distract the walkers in the ep when he and rick fight)And resourcefulness > carefulness when it comes to Zombie outbreaks imh. He lost to Michonne, yeah, but she's a ridiculously skilled ninja chick, and she was losing until she grabbed that glass shard. The fact that he was able to emerge, unscathed, from that big group of walkers Andrea set on him last week really impressed me. The pistol he was using would've hit empty pretty quickly. But yeah, Merle could definitely take Governor in a fair fight. Martinez, I'll have to see more of before I can judge, because he was impressive with that baseball bat and Merle's been handled easily by Rick on two separate occasions. Indeed.
