Guest Fooldartz
"You want to do what?" Hades demanded, whirling around to stare at Maleficent."The two of us together could destroy Chernabog and take over his domain. We could take his power for our own.""You realize he already beat you once, right?" Hades asked, sitting down on his throne."That is why I've come to you for assistance." Maleficent said calmly."Why should I help you?" Hades asked lazily. "I'm a god, what do I get out of this?""When we destroy him, we'll get his powers. You could finally have the strength to overthrow Zeus." Maleficent told him, leaning forward on her staff. Hades thought it over."Fine, lets go."--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------So, that's the setup here, pretty basic I admit.Hades is bringing his flying chariot, Pain and Panic(though I'm not sure how helpful they'll be) and his god powers.Maleficent has her magic and the ability to turn into a dragonChernabog has his own magic, the brute strength that comes with his size, and his worshipers from the Fantasia segment. DSkillz
Fooldartz, a good CBUB match is generally at least three to four times as long as the ones you've been making. As it stands now, they haven't been much beyond rumbles. You also really need to stop using the "Save Match" option. Check this link to see why: http://www.electricferret.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=28348 Also, instead of writing the match in your next post, you can just edit the original post. As for the match, I think Hades or Maleficent would give Chernabog a good fight by themselves. Together, they would likely stomp Chernabog. Guest skadoosh
I can barely remember what Chernabog was like, i saw Fantasia years ago, but Hades and Maleficent are two very powerful villains, so unless i suddenly remember Chernabog blowing up a country with a blink, i reckon he goes down. DSkillz
I can barely remember what Chernabog was like,... Try searching for "Night on Bald Mountain" on YouTube. Shows everything Chernabog is capable of. He doesn't really show anything more impressive than what Hades or Maleficent have done.
Guest Supes Rulez
Chernabog. He was already stated by Disney to be SATAN himself, and I'm pretty sure the Devil, evil incarnate, Prince o Darkness could take either one, or both.Btw, I always thought it was fun to imagine that Maleficent was Chernabog's daughter or pupil. Similar horns, both Disney, and both pure evil.
DSkillz
By that logic, Hades, being Lord of the Dead (all of the dead, good and evil), would be even more powerful. I'm telling you, the best route to go in this instance would be by the feats.

He doesn't really show anything more impressive than what Hades or Maleficent have done. Just did, and i gotta say, while it was a gorgeous combination of animation and music, Chernabog really isn't that impressive. All i remembered myself was him playing with fire, and he does little more than that in the clip, save for making shadows, spirits and animals appear and dance around. The most dangerous thing about him is probably his size, but that wont be enough for him to win this fight. Chernabog. He was already stated by Disney to be SATAN himself, and I'm pretty sure the Devil, evil incarnate, Prince o Darkness could take either one, or both. That's some pretty bad reasoning, dude. You can't judge the combat capabilities of a character by their names and/or titles, you judge that by their combat-related feats, obviously. So, looking at the feats, we can clearly see that Chernabog is outmatched here. I've stated what Chenabog can do above. Hades plays around with fire, lightening, telekinesis, demon minions and the ability to create things out of thin air, and Maleficent was playing with nasty trees, fire, lightening, entire storms, teleportation and can turn into a dragon that shoots some seriously powerful fire out of it's mouth. Together they can definitely take down Chernabog.

Callisto
Match Final ResultsUSER RATINGS D This is barely more than a rumble, and the matchup itself is a stomp.
