Time is full of nothing but stories. Those stories are what shape time and the future. It depends on your actions if how your own history will develop.

A man, unconscious in his chair just arrive to a world he is unfamiliar with. A world in the future. The building he landed in is massive, tall, and holds a full load of workers. But luckily for him it’s midnight. His eyebrows flush low as he grunts a bit from waking up from his travel. His hues open and seeing the darkened room. “Where….what?†He quickly sits up and wondering if his machine worked. A smile creeps on his face and in joy that his old machine still works. He steps out and looks around the area he sees a few things that is not of his time a huge looking jet, a mini tank on thick wheels, and a bunch of weaponry laid across the table. The male steps closely walks through the dim lights and to the weapons table. His eyes in awe at the advanced technology. “This is….this is amazing.â€

Ever in his wildest dreams as he ever thought of something this complex. Suddenly with a flick of the switch the lights are turned on as a genius behind him states as his voice echoes in the room. “Just what do you think you’re doing here?!†H.G Wells, the creator of Time Travel looks over his right shoulder, startled at the walking in of Lucius Fox. Fox steps forward a bit as Well’s turns around to face this stranger.

Wells: “I’m extremely sorry. I ah….I can explain. I’m H.G Wells.†He extends his right hand but it’s ignored by a cold stare by Lucius

.

Fox: “Well, Mr. Wells I’d like you to leave before I call security.â€

Wells: “I will I just have to hide my Time….I mean my, device. Before I leave, if that is okay.â€

“Well you can’t hide it here now get go….†Suddenly the lights turn off. Both men look at each other and knows that it’s trouble ahead. “Follow me.†Lucius stated to Wells and walks as quiet as possible down the hall and to the elevator. “We take this all the way down and there is a back door we can escape from.†He pushes the down button and the elevator opens. A massive male masked with a brown coat keeps his smile invisible through his mask. “Hello, Mr. Fox.†The villain, Bane draws his right fist back and moves it forward slamming his right knuckles in to the left jaw of the much older Fox. Hitting the ground with a knock out thud Bane nudges his head toward one of his men and with the bunt of his AK-47 he slams it in to Wells face for a knock out blow.

AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER

“I’m sure it’s him, also I found this….†Said Bane, then slamming the picture of the Time Machine on the table for the villains to see. “This is awkward. It looks too old to be made by Wayne Enterprises. And that stranger you caught with Fox, his clothing doesn’t match the present.†While stating that the villain keeps flipping a coin with the tails side scarred. Two-Face looks toward Talia who is looking at the picture. “Hm….maybe he could be going to the Gotham Halloween Ball and maybe Mr. Wayne made that statue for the party.†She places the picture down and looks toward her allies. “All we care about is our speculation, that Bruce Wayne is Batman. These damn pictures prove it. A clicking of male boots hits the ground, he was late for this appointment but he just sits down as the other three just look at him in utter disgust that he came late. The male fixes his classes then tilts his head to the side. He sits up right and states to his three allies.

“These photos prove nothing of your theory. Maybe Mr. Wayne can be making all of this technology for someone else.†The Scarecrow’s collar is grabbed viciously, he is snatched up easily by Bane who responds. “Are you calling us stupid?†Crane places his hands up and Bane lets go. Crane straightens his coat and lets out a sigh. “No, not at all just stating a possibility. Before any of you came to Gotham I took it over, put it in utter fear and then you with and another before you decided to do what I did. The other guy, well…he just did it for fun.†Crane continues on stating. He points toward Mr. Dent “He left you for dead.†He extends his index finger toward Talia “he killed your father. And….†He just waves his hand at Bane. “You’re just here. For her. Right? So what do we do? How can we handle The Batman. Look look look, I don’t wanna be the leader of this whole team of super friends thing to take down the Bat, but we do need him. If anyone can drive Batman crazy it’s him.†Bane folds his arms and stating to Scarecrow. “He’s insane. He did everything just for the hell of it. No reason behind it at all. His, history speaks for itself.†Two-Face looks toward Bane to defend The Joker. “But no one can put Batman to the brink of failing like The Joker did.â€

“Then, lets go to work.†Talia stated.

THIRTY MINUTES

“Arkham Asylum has been attacked. We are not sure by who but some believe it was people who work for The Joker who happened to break out of his cell during that attack…..†The T.V shuts off and Joker slides his coat over his shoulders “Thank you Bane, Two-Face, Scarecrow, and….†He moves his hair behind his ear and licks his lips toward Al Ghul “….you good lookin’.†Talia roles her eyes and Bane steps in front stopping Joker from walking up to Talia. Bane nudges his head toward Joker who then steps back then shouts “BOO!†at Bane and Talia. They narrow their eyes in annoyance as Joker cackles to himself. “Hahahaha, so….†He slaps his hands and looks toward his allies. “You puppets think that Bruce Wayne is Batman. Funny funny funny.â€

“No, they think he’s Batman.†Crane corrected Joker. Joker rolls his eyes and responding in a big sigh on purpose. “Well, pictures is not going to prove that. I say we ah, I say we do something a little drastic to the billionaire playboy. We attack his home.†Bane looks toward Talia and they all agree to the plan.

TWO DAYS LATER

“Mister Wayne. Early coffee is ready.†Alfred places the breakfast on the dresser as Bruce sleeps. Alfred does what he does every morning and opens the curtains to awaken his master. Bruce pulls the covers over himself. Alfred it’s like seven in the morning.†Alfred chuckles. “Actually Master Wayne it’s eleven am.†Bruce goes to his routine for the day he hits the floor and does 100 push ups to start his day. Inside an undercover news van sits the team of the vile villains. “Why are we attacking in broad daylight again?†Asked Crane. Bane looks at the house and stating. “Because we want to see if he will do in a surprise attack.†Joker slides the van door open and taking out a missile launcher. “And a surprise we’ll give him.†His shouts the missile and Bruce looks through the window. “Alfred!†Wayne tackles his loyal butler to the ground and the missile explodes on impact. “Alfred go under the batcave, now!†Bruce stands up and feels a swift kick to his right jaw given by Talia. Then Bane steps in and chuckles. “Well, now that we know….time for you to die.â€

Bruce, gets up and runs the opposite direction. “Hey! No running from a fight! Batman wouldn’t run from a fight! Hahahahaha! Run little bat, fly away!†A missile is hurled inside the house and Bruce rolls to the side and falling under his secret passage way and in to the batcave. He looks up and quickly gets to his bat mobile. With Alfred inside they drive off. Bane states to his men. “Scout the area.†They obey.

During The Halloween Ball, the Time Machine is placed as the center piece of the Ball, thinking it was a statue of some sort. The villains took over the party and Bane begins to speak. “We have two guests today, meet Mr. Lucius Fox and Mr. Wells.†They come from under stage tied up in rope. Bane continues to explain the simple plan. “If The Batman does not show up in five minutes we will kill both of them.†Smashing through the window is The Dark Knight himself, Batman. Narrowing his eyes he looks toward the villains. “Let them go.†Bane smiles under his mask yet again. “Make us, Mr. Wayne!†The crowd goes in to shock that Batman might be Wayne himself.

Batman looks toward Bane. “If I was Bruce Wayne. Then why is he in the hospital for attacking his home.†He nudges his head toward the T.V and it’s live. “We are live at the Gotham City Hospital and seeing Mister Wayne is still in a coma, his butler Alfred speaks with us…..†The newswoman claimed and the villains seeing Bruce on the T.V. what Bruce did was placed a wax replica of himself in the bed and Alfred made the camera’s see a glimpse of it from a far. Batman has them distracted and he throws a smoke bomb and the citizens of the parts begin to run wildly. Batman frees Wells and Fox who scatter away. Wells runs to his Time Machine and Bane places his hand over Wells that is holding the handle. “And where do you think you’re going?†Bane said to Wells who then moves the handle forward and they both disappear.

THE 1800’s

They appear in Well’s lab right where it was the first time. Bane looks around and slugging Wells out of the Time Machine. Bane picks H.G up by his collar with his feet dangling to find the ground. “What did you do?!†Wells grabs the wrists of Bane and responding. “It’s call time travel.†Then the door bell is heard by the door opening. Two English men walk in. The skinnier male rolls his eyes and stating to his shorter friend. “Do not do what I think you’re going to do.†The short male smiles as he walks toward Bane and Wells. “Excuse me, sir. But I have an appointment with Mr. Wells here so please let him go and be on your way. Your mask is hideous by the way." Bane, drops the male, smirks toward the much smaller Sherlock Holmes. Dr. Watson places a step behind Sherlock. “Holmes do not fight him!†Sherlock didn’t listen.

Holmes: “His much bigger and there for stronger. First jab, dodge and tiger grip his wrist and place the right forearm to his elbow. Try to bring him to my level. Press my right foot to the side of his left knee and get him to his knees. But he seems clever. I’m pushed off, then he slams me to the wall, attack the ears. Grab the broom stick and jab the bunt of it in to his throat. Reverse cloak wise swing to the side of his neck. Then open strike to his chin, he swings as he tries to get his hearing back. Duck once more and jab his inner knees with the broom stick, swing it at the end of the broom upward to hit him under his chin, for the KO.â€

The attacks worked until the last one. Bane grab the broom stick. “Oh dear.†Bane slugs Holmes in his stomach and he falls back in to the Time Machine. Watson extends his gun forward and shoots Bane in the back which makes the Time Machine handle move forward. It begins to charge as Watson tries to get the monstrous villain off his partner. Bane nudges back and throwing Watson off him. During that little battle, Wells assisted for the police to come. They enter and help get Bane off. Sherlock is about to get up he then disappears in the Time Machine. “Holmes!†Cried out to his best comrade and friend.

Conscious in his traveling, Holmes looks around as everything chances around him. Buildings collapse, buildings being built, guns fights, cars, etc. It stops where it was in the Halloween Ball Room. Holmes looks at the empty space and slowly gets up. “How is that….†He realized he was talking himself and stopped his mid-question. Stepping down the small stairs he continues to scout the area with his brilliance of investigation. “A party….a ball most likely.†He continues to walk around and see a shuriken. He tilts his head a bit and bending his knees to lower himself. His right arm extends diagonally low and gripping the tip of the batarang. “interesting, looks man made. Very detailed.â€

“This place is empty.†Said a dark mysterious voice. Batman steps out of the shadows as he was also investigating the scene that happened not to long ago. Holmes looks over his shoulder and standing upright to meet The Bat. He tosses the batarang toward Bruce who catches it. “That must be yours.†Replied Holmes. Then just about a minute later, a massive hook latches to the Time Machine from the Bat Jet that is controlled by Talia. Holmes shields his hues from the bright light as Batman does the same. Sherlock frowns a bit and noticing that Batman is gone. He shifts his hues low and seeing a burned newpaper that barely says “Second Time Wayne Manor Burned Down†he picks it up and then looks over his shoulder again, trying to connect the dots. He steps out to the sidewalk and just throws his hand in the air in a bit of annoyance. Taxi stops and the driver asks “You need a lift?†Sherlock raises an eyebrow. “A lift? No I need a ride.†The driver waves for Sherlock to get in and he does. “Take me to this place.†He shows the newspaper front article of Wayne Manor. The driver begins the travel and once there Holmes steps out as the driver explains “Ah, you need to pay me.†Sherlock wasn’t paying attention he was too busy studying the ruined house. “Hey Pretty Boy!†Yelled the taxi driver. Holmes tosses him a gold coin and replies. “Have at it, chum.â€

The Taxi driver is cussing under his breath as he drives off in anger. Sherlock begins to investigate and notices Mr. Wayne. “Excuse me sir?†Wayne turns around at the question thrown at him. “I was wondering if you know who lives here or lived here.†Wayne shrugs his shoulders. “You’re looking at him.†Holmes steps forward to Bruce Wayne.

Holmes: “Ah, I see now.â€

Wayne: “See what?†*He asked more of a serious tone*

Holmes: *He looks at the newpaper* “Second Time Wayne Manor Burned Down. That’s a good lie.â€

Wayne: “And you have another theory I’m guessing.â€

Holmes: “Well, see Mr. Wayne I’m not exactly from around here. I’m trying to get back home and from where I arrived to here, it looks like the same people attacked your home. So I came to the conclusion that I find out who did this, I find more about the Masked Brute.â€

Wayne: “Good luck with that, sir.â€

Holmes: “Thank you, Batman.â€

*Wayne slowly turns around with a serious face as he looks toward Holmes*

Holmes: “Oh come now, it isn’t that difficult you were at the Ball I’m assuming as Batman so who else would come here for evidence besides Batman? Really, why would the owner of the house come back when he can get a hotel or another house.â€

Wayne: “Good point, Mr. Holmes.â€

*Sherlock chuckles under his breath and Wayne begins to explain*

Wayne: “I’ve read your history. And no one else can put together the puzzle as fast as you. You want the Time Machine I’m assuming. I don’t have it.â€

Holmes: “But you can help me get it back.â€

Wayne: “Batman can help you get it back.â€

Holmes: “Then put on your suit and lets go.â€

Wayne: “No, not yet. I need time to think, which I’m sure you understand.â€

Holmes: “Oh Mr. Wayne trust me I do understand but you don’t have a massive menace that is trapped your time line do you?â€

Wayne: “Bane.â€

Holmes: “Or are you work with them?â€

Wayne: “What?â€

Holmes: “That flight technology, looked kind of like a bat.â€

Wayne: “They stole it.â€

Holmes: “How do I know?â€

Wayne: “You don’t wanna do this.â€

Holmes: “Maybe I don’t but nonetheless. First jab is just a defector with the right hand. Attack the right ribs, duck under your heavy swing, step to your left and a left hook to your jaw.â€

Wayne: “League of Shadows taught me that my will is everything. Block your elbow with the right palm, and bring my left elbow to your stomach, as you stumble, a side kick to your chest.â€

Holmes: “Ah….a martial artists, nice. Step to the side as you kick, and bring my left elbow to the side of your knee, causing a weak point to focus on.â€

Wayne: “Clever, unable to block I grip your attacking arm in a Eagle Claw, slam my forearm in to your shoulder to cause a injury to focus on my own.â€

Holmes: “We’ll see where it goes from there.â€

Wayne: “I guess so.â€

(So it’s Sherlock Holmes after Game of Shadows vs Bruce Wayne from the Nolan Trilogy. Bruce has a bruised leg while Sherlock has a bruised shoulder. It’s all hand to hand fight. Sorry for any typos. Who wins you decide.)

Sherlock Holmes is not a fighter. His fights looked impressive because he was basically fighting dumb brutes with absolutely no fighting ability or skill. As soon as he came up against anyone with moderate skill (Moriarity, who is nowhere near as impressive as Bruce in skill or experience) he couldn't come out on top in hand to hand. In a "real" scenario, Holmes would realize this and simply opt not to fight Batman, preferring to outsmart him or make a deal with him instead.

Sherlock was injure before he fought Moriaty as people said before if he wasn't injured he would have won. Now in this setup I made them both bruised up a bit to be equal with each other.

I did this match once before, though it was a battle of wits and not a brawl, it was part of an arc I did pitting Batman against the characters that inspired him.

But anyway with that aside good set up and good use of characters. An A from me, I got to give it to Bats though as awesome as Holmes is Batman is just a bit more awesome

The fact is that he's somewhere around that level of skill and experience. Batman's leagues ahead, it's just not a fair fight at all.

Holmes and Moriarty were exactly equal, neither would have beaten the other. Holmes would have lost the fight they imagined having because he was injured. Without the injury it would have been a stalemate. The only way for one to beat the other was either down the sacrificial road Holmes takes in the film or some other way of out-smarting, not out-fighting, the other.

As for this fight, it's a pretty cool match up, one i've thought about a bit myself, but, as has already been stated, Wayne is superior to Holmes in terms of combat and physical prowess, even without his suit. As good as Holmes is at deducing how to beat opponents he can't win this with that skill alone. The minor injuries and the fact neither of them will kill the other makes little difference. What would probably happen is this: Holmes would analyze the situation seconds before engaging Wayne, realize he can't win, and then either run away or attempt something similar to his move against Moriarty in the second film, which might work, but it just depends on what he does.

I actually see this going down a lot like Batman's first fight with Bane. Holmes would know where and how to hit Wayne, and he would do it well, but Wayne is physically and skillfully superior to him to such an extent that the blows Holmes dishes out will hardly hurt, or even hit, Wayne at all.

Thus, Batman wins :P

Bruce Wayne may be a superior fighter but that doesn't mean Holmes can't find a way to pull out a win. Bruce having a bruised leg will be more of a disadvantage to him then Holme's bruised shoulder. Bruce 's speed will be taken down a few notches in the fight. Also Holmes is smarter and can probably outwit Bruce in the fight.

This is a fair fight. As far as Batman is concerned Bruce was only Batman for like a year to a year and a half for all the films together. 2 years would be a max but no more then that and even that I doubt. Dark Knight takes took place right after Batman Begins. Holmes is very capable of getting a win here.

Batman wins easily. Holmes' fighting ability is vastly overestimated by many people here; he can take untrained thugs and street brawlers, yes, but against a skilled martial artist who knows what they're doing, he's little more than a street fighter himself. A very intelligent one, sure, but still a street fighter.

Holmes can "predict" the outcome of the fight, but he won't be able to do anything to stop the unholy ass-kicking Batman gives him.

If Holmes can see the outcome of the fight he can use it to outwit Batman and get the win. That's a pretty good advantage that puts it in his favor a little bit.

I wanted to do something different beside the old "outsmart the other" type of thing. Which is no problem with that but this version of Sherlock I felt needed a fight.

Thanks for commenting dude. This is the movie Nolan version of Bruce Wayne still a martial artist true let me say this....

Moriaty was a trained and professional boxer and even a world champion. So Sherlock went toe to toe with a much more skilled fighter with one arm and gave Moriaty a run for his money. Really dude, Sherlock isn't just some street fighter. At the beginning of Game of Shadows he predict how to take down a profession assassin. The word professional. If the girl didn't butt in I beleive Sherlock would have won, which he was doing before she interfered.

Like baller said I made Bruce's leg bruised up so his speed can be haulted back, Sherlocks shoulder is a bit bruised up but still usable while Bruce's is leg is jacked. So, I tried to make it fair and yes he can see how the fight will go but he can counter and win he did that to Moriaty(kinda). Sherlock said to Moriaty "You win....unless." Meaning that Sherlock is very capable is countering and winning against Moriaty the only reason that he won was because Sherlock was injured and basically fought with one arm.

But in this setup Bruce's leg is bruised to lower his speed while Sherlock shoulder is bruised but still usable but has his same speed. Bruce wouldn't win easily.

(I'm using the bold not to be rude just to clarify.)

Really great set-up and I think this could go either way. I don't I am kind of leaning towards Holmes because I think he has more intellect then the Nolan Batman but it still would be extremely close.

What does him predicting the moves of the professional assassin have anything to do with his fighting ability? Moriarity isn't a "world class boxer". Even if he was, Bruce is still completely out of his league. This is a guy who's been fighting his whole life pretty much, got trained by league of shadows, and has experience as Batman. The amount of skill/experience difference in this fight is so huge, it's not even comparable. Holmes doesn't engage, because he can probably figure out how badly he loses if he does.

Not his whole life. Bruce Wayne begins his fighting training as an adult in the Nolan films. So not his whole life. Predicting moves has everything to do with fighting ability because it helps you either A win or B loose. So it's important in a fight. It's not actually physical "fighting ability" but it's helpful for "fighting ability" and yes Moriaty was a world class boxer said that in the movie. Holmes won't rage but what I'm saying is if Holmes to take down a professional assassin and a genius boxer then it shouldn't be as easy as it is for Bruce. You're treating Bruce like it's the comic version and I know you know it's not the comic version.

Bruce Wayne didn't learn how to really fight and become a skilled fighter until he met Ra's al Ghul. The fights in the prison pretty much showed that Bruce was inexperienced before Ra's Al Ghul came. The experience is not that huge where its a stomp match or a fight Bruce Wayne can win easily. I would say taking on a professional assassin in a fight shows how skilled you are as a fighter which Holmes did. Bruce was only Batman for no more then 2 years all together. That's it.

What are you talking about? Bruce was taking down a whole gang of hardened criminals easily before he was trained by Ra's al Ghul. That's already far beyond anything Holmes has shown in the movies. This is not even including his time with the League of Assassins, which is extremely significant. Also, what proof do you have that he was only Batman for 2 years?

Holmes wont win for the reasons i and several others have already stated. It would be a decent fight, but Holmes is not on Batman's level, even the Nolan version.

Alright, good set-up, Dark-SM. There's a bit too much content here, though. This really could've been divided into two matches (at least), and maybe even made into an arc. Also, and this may well be because I've haven't fully seen the latest Holmes films yet, but the fighting sequences were a little weird. I'm guess Holmes is thinking out each move in battle as he does them? Maybe next time out, find a way to differenciate thoughts from dialogue in those situations. I'm not completely convinced that Bruce Wayne, even a less experienced Bruce, would nearly become exposed as Batman to villains quite as easily as shown here, either.

Still, you definitely get points here for effort and storytelling scale. :)

But I digress. As for the match, I think movie Batman, being the more skilled and experienced fighter would win here, though Holmes' quick thinking could very likely make things interesting. Then again, it's just as likely both men would agree to stop fighting before things got serious.
